Wednesday's $1 Wings are a must if you can find the door😅 I'll tell you a secret its behind the fridge door.😉 I couldn't get enough the other week. I nearly had a wing off with my missues as we fought it out for the last one. The Wings had a nice flavour to them, which was a match made in heaven with the Ranch sauce. Sorta wished I ordered more but theres always next time! We also had their Tacos, loaded fries and a hotdog. The tacos a always a good pick especially on a tuesday! Loaded fries and the hot dog were nice as well.
Pork ribs and waffle chips are amazing, unfortunately coleslaw very bland, it need bit of lemon or vinegar. And extra dip for $3.00 - not much in there.
Had a great experience. Friendly staff, short wait times, and a great sports bar atmosphere!! Food was also extremely tasty. We recommend the Mac & cheese!!
Head into the pizza shop and through the big freezer door at the back. An American inspired sports bar awaits. Burgers, fries, fried chicken, dogs, wings and a wide selection of beverages await. Fun and exciting venue with delicious food. Large menu so each time you go back you can order something different.
Had a great time discovering Huxley’s. What a great place! Sports screens to watch your fav game and the food was great. We had chicken which was prob the pick of the lot. The loaded waffles were great. Just the burger and fries were not great. Def coming back here. The cocktails were great too
Best American food ever. So yum. Great atmosphere. Great beer. Definitely go!! Worth every penny. Wednesday wings are $1 each so worth it. And burgers and hotdogs are yum! Cocktails on Friday and Saturday nights also $10
This place is in the back off a pizza joint. Got pretty busy when we were there. We ordered the cheeseburger with fries. Was pretty good would go back
This place is one of my fave spots for a good American feast in Sydney! But first you have to find it ;) I won't ruin the fun for you, but once you're in you would never expect this hidden sports bar!
The food is so damn good, one of my fave ever Mac n cheeses that comes topped with sweet chicken that gives it an amazing flavour.
The buffalo wings have a flavour kick and a half, and the loaded fries are unbeatable! Cheese sauce, bacon and a dollop of sour cream heck yea.
A holes in the wall place that is literally hidden behind a fridge door at the back of ugly pizza. Great American sports bar vibe and good to catch up for drinks and a feed. Food is ok, more expensive pub food then anything. Steak and baked potato with a slab of sour cream a bit expensive.
We visited for a Sunday lunch not expecting behind the hidden entrance the bar was packed.
I ordered a pulled pork burger and it was a huge helping with a large scoop of sour cream. The chips accompanying were crunchy and well seasoned. Flavour winner! My husband also had a burger, he's not usually a burger junkie but raved about it.
The atmosphere is a cool NY sports bar. Heaps of TVs with plenty of sports showing. I found our booth a little too small for 4 people and because we had 4 TVs above us I almost felt like I had motion sickness from the constant movement overhead. A great room vibe otherwise.
Did I enjoy it? Yes, I'll be ordering a lighter option next time though.

I loved this place! 10+ TVs with sports channels, neon lights, burgers and hot dogs!!! And good burgers. Signature blend of beef was nice - buns really soft and pillowy. Good location for mates to drink and relax 👊
From Feros Group comes Huxley’s and Ugly Pizza – A pair of connected venues with Huxley’s sports bar hidden behind what looks like the freezer doors inside Ugly Pizza. The venues however are anything but ugly with smart fitouts by Chris Ginham (who designed both Chiswick and Opera Bar). Ugly Pizza has a functional minimalist, warm and intimate space that’s visible from the streetside – And operations at Ugly’s have been a smashing success since opening and they’ve had to take their oversized pizzas off the menu as demand overwhelmed the pizza ovens here. Crossing the gateway into Huxley’s and you’ll enter a slick NYC sports bar with rather contrasting characteristic. And yes the gateway is a fridge door, a bit of a concealed surprise and a bit fancier than the suburb of Caringbah would have suggested. Straight out of the surryhills and sydney CBD rulebooks then.
Went here on a Thursday night and grabbed the last table (footy game was on). Great atmosphere, really felt like I was in a sports bar in NY. Ordered the mac & cheese and a Huxley burger.
Mac and cheese was very rich but nice. I like mine brown on top with a bit of a crust, which unfortunately this one didn't have, but nice nonetheless. Huxley burger had a lot of meat, so most of it fell out of my burger, but the sauce was amazing! Best mojito I've had in a long time too 👌🏼 Definitely will go back
Huxley's is awesome! Such a cool hidden gem behind the freezer door! Must try the fried chicken, waffle fries and the Huxley burger! Can't wait to go back with more people to try more dishes!

My wife and I took her nan and brother to Huxley's on Sunday for a change to our standard "pub" lunch...and were very pleasantly suprised!!
The set up of the place is original and welcoming, with the American style diner booths, but it as been done very classy at Huxley's and makes the place feel very welcoming.
The lighting is dim and funky and adds a nice ambience to the place.
We were greeted with warm smiles from the street entry at Ugly Pizza and those smiles followed us all the way to our booth.
The menu is excellent with very different food options and the cocktail list is also a great mix of classics and some new one's that will definately see me and my wife come back again.
The foods was excellent and the service time spot on! I had the hot dog, Nan had the chicken burger and my wife had the steak....all meals were of great size for the price and you got quality and quantity.
And even though I ordered the wrong cocktail...got a Martini mixed up with a Margarita, the barman noticed that I hadn't touch my drink and was curious to find out why I didn't like it....when I told him while he instantly offered to make me another one and even though I was ok as it was my error he persisted and made me another cocktail as per my request and I think that kind of service you just do not get at many places these days, so I tip my hat to the staff as they are out to make an impression and just by going that little bit extra it definately worked.
There were smiles around the entire room and we left with the same smiles that greeted us on our entry.
Well done to the staff at Huxley's. First impressions are everything in the highly competitive market you are in....and you guys knocked it out of the park.
We will definately be back and 100% recommend this place to anyone!...keep up the good work and well done.

Enter through a "freezer door" inside Ugly Pizza and it will feel like you've stepped into an American Sports Bar.
The ambience is incredible and the food, phenomenal!
Loaded Waffle fries 😋😱 it is absolutely delicious and so addictive - cannot ever get enough of those. Their Buffalo Wings is chilli and tender - comes with blue cheese sauce 👍🏻✔️. You have to get the MAC N CHEESE 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 the bacon marmalade on top is nice and sweet which totally complements the Mac N Cheese. Burgers are really nice too 🙌🏻 got The Bizzo and it was so tasty!
Have recommended this place to a lot of friends and can't wait to come back and try their ribs!
Huxleys serves the yummiest food! American style bar with booths and American diner favourites.

Great meal and great restaurant. The menu had a lot of choices and everything was delicious. The best part is you can only get to this place through a freezer door in the back of ugly pizza. Pair that with the order it yourself setup and the great wait staff and you've got a winner. A++

Huxley's is a very vintage sports bar vibe. The lighting dull, the music is loud and it has these big spacious brown leather booths. It may sounds chaotic but it's actually the perfect setting for a friday/saturday night american styled pub feed. When you get to huxley's you have to enter through the freezer styled door via the pizza shop. It adds an extra touch to this gem hidden in caringbah. The staff are always friendly and professional and the service is always outstanding.
If you want a bunch of wings and a setting to just kick back with your mates, huxley's is definitely one of the places to add to your list!
Love the vibe of this bar even if it is a dogfight to get a good photo of your food. It's gotten even cooler recently as the entry as changed to a secret door through the sister stores 'coolroom'. Monthly burger specials and desserts always catch my eye.
