A lot of food, a huge variety of meat and salad options, lovely and friendly staff, quick service. And to finalize, the amazing rosted pineapple and fried banana!!! Hummm so yammy!!! I would highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to come back!!

My favourite restaurant in the shire! Couldn’t recommend enough! Food is great, drinks are amazing and staff is so friendly and helpful! Always coming back!
Loved it! Food was cooked perfectly and staff were very attentive - one of the best ‘all you can eat’ experiences I’ve had.
Another awesome night of eating all the foods! Lots of new chicken options too for those of us who don’t eat red meat. Lovely friendly staff. One of our favourite places to eat.
Best restaurant! Food is really good and staff is super friendly and attentative! Highly recommend
It was great, delicious meat, very diverse types of meat, amazing attentive staff, generously served, petit gateau is marvellous. Being picky as I am I would say that the sides are pretty good and I would have loved Brazilian chicken. The only problem is that meats are so good that you end up eating way too much. I’ll come back for sure
Excellent all you can eat experience, staff are very attentive, delicious food, and some very typical Brazilian drinks options, a must try.
Chama unbelievably cooked to perfection and girls were on point. 14 kiwis leaving with back pain definitely means it was the ultimate we’ll be back!
We love Chama in Caringbah.
Our visit last week was the best I've been there!
We were offered so many delicious sides which my toddler loves and left feeling full to the brim!!
There were lots of choices and good variety.
The wait staff were very helpful and friendly.
We'll be back soon!
Great experience. Food was cooked to perfection and staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Lovely waitstaff and service, and excellent food. Always enjoy going to a great Brazilian barbeque!! Thank you!
Delicious meat. Love that Brazilians work there as well. Also very well priced. Just a shame they aren’t open for lunch. non stop food coming to your table as well.
Chama BBQ is a family friendly Brazilian style BBQ on Kingsway at Caringbah. It would be ideal for a private function or a special evening with friends and family. The chefs combine the freshest ingredients to bring genuine flavour from their native country. We were seated closer to the bar area and was able to see rotating meats over a pit of flaming coals in a traditional wood-fired barbecue. It's only $39 per head for this all you can eat dining experience.
Matt loves meat and when I mentioned all you can eat churassco for $40 - he was very much looking forward to dinner. Matt and I head to Chama BBQ in Caringbah and patiently wait until the doors open at 6pm. There's a small queue outside. Chama BBQ is a modern looking restaurant with long, slender tables. I see many large groups enter and understand why they have these big tables now. How churassco works is that the staff will come around with a series of dishes and offer you a portion. It's unlimited so you can say yes to as many dishes as you want.
All you can eat brazilian BBQ for $39 pp. This includes a variety of meats in different marinades, vegetables, sides, salads and desserts. Word of advice: come with an empty stomach, because there is heaps of food.
The meats were juicy and tender, packed with flavour and served with a smile.
The wait staff come around to each table with a huge skewer full of meat or a plate and if you want one, they will give you some, you can also pass if you like and take a breather. They offer 7 different beef, 2 lamb, 6 chicken and 2 styles of pork. They have 8 salads, vegetables, 2 desserts and 4 sauces.
We got invited to this place by ompty and it was just delish!
Food was fresh everytime a new dish came out from the kitchen.
Meats were flavoursome and sides were a good match to the plates.
Service was really good and workers were super friendly and attentive.
Definitely one to visit.

For a very tasty meal - in fact a Brazilian style BBQ smorgasbord that comes to you (which is even better) - Chama in Caringbah really delivers. Even if you don't like one particular type of meat there are plenty of other types and other things to choose from! There is so much of this very tasty BBQ meat though that you will never leave hungry.
It used to be a Churrasco franchise, but now they are an independent Brazilian BBQ place!
The food has improved, and has a bit more variety. The meat is super juicy, my favourite cut is the rump cap and the scotch fillet. Tender and smoky, very flavourful.
The chicken is very juicy as well. They are not stingy on their food, they'll give you more if you ask for it.
Haloumi can be a bit of a hit and miss, the first 2 times we were there, it was soft and chewy, but we have had dry and salty ones there as well.
They've got some brazilian delicacies like cheese breads, chicken hearts etc.
Fried banana is a must try. It's creamy and has a crunchy coat. The boyfriend needs a minimum of 6 to satisfy :)
Super friendly and prompt service. Reasonable price and you'll not leave unsatisfied. They have big tables to accommodate for huge groups.
Great dinner had at Chama’s. Taken over from Churrasco who used to be here. Great service, meats perfectly cooked and a huuuuge array of sides to accompany your meat. Had a blackout but staff handled it perfectly! Will be back
Love a good Brazilian BBQ. Limitless meat being brought to you interspersed with salads and sides makes for a great night out.
We were warmly greeted and the service was absolutely fantastic.
There was so much choice on offer and you were never left wanting for much as they were so quick with the aromatic bbq meats. Drink orders taken and some sides brought to your table that included black beans, rice, cream potatoes, cheese bread, and sauces. Anything that you wanted replenished was done so with no fuss at all.
Highlights of the evening were the tender lamb which was melt in the mouth. The chorizo was very tasty too. Haloumi was lovely. Salads were fresh and gave us a break from all the meaty goodness. Cheese bread is also a favourite too. The bbq pineapple and fried banana made for a nice sweet ending to the meal.
Offers great value and perfect for a catch up with friends, family night out or a couples evening. We noticed all these groups having a great time!
Thank you to Kathy, Caroline, and the team for hosting us and the wonderful hospitality.
