Had dinner here the other night and it was very good. We ordered the hot and sour soup, peking chilli beef, mongolian lamb and a fried ice cream. All the dishes were tasty and well portioned. The lamb was tender and the shredded beef were crispy. Service was friendly and attentive.

Other dishes include Mongolian lamb, satay prawns, fillet steak and special rice meals.

Have eaten here a few times in person and the food has been great every visit. Unfortunate I can't eat in at the moment due to recent restrictions. Just ordered take-away and the food continues to impress. The prawn dish I ordered was quite generous and flavourful.

Terrible service. Took almost 2 hours to get our meal no apologies and yanked arriving after us got meals before us. The table next to us were so drunk they were pouring beer on each others head but still kept serving them alcohol

This restaurant has been average in the past. Ordered a meal tonight including Sang Choy Bow, which was absolutely horrible. It smelt and tasted off. Rang the restaurant to let them know. Telephonist replied "sorry about that, bye". I really don't think I will be ordering from them again!

This is my favourite Chinese restaurant in all of Australia. The food is delicious, the staff are extraordinary, and the restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place if anyones ever in the Sutherland Shire.

My family have ordered from Shangri-La for many years and we have never been disappointed. I phone ordered a delivery meal on Monday for myself and friends ($138) plus tip to the delivery guy who deserved it.
The food was great as usual, HOWEVER, the young woman who took my order was SO rude. If I had been a new customer I would have cancelled it. First bad attitude then when I called her on it I got smart A patronizing attitude.
I am giving a one star rating regarding my experience on this occasion as I hope the owner reads this as in the long run this could affect his/her business and it's so unnecessary to upset loyal customers let alone any customers.

Never in my life have I had customer service so bad. The man taking my order was blatantly rude to me from the second he picked up the phone. I stumbled on a word and he said 'Can you just make up your mind?' He then told me to 'hurry up' when I took a second to look at the menu. <br/>When my order finally came to the door not only was it cold, they sent me the wrong type of rice and chicken. But thats not all folks!!! When my origionally $27 order showed up, cold and completely incorrect, it was magically worth $39. <br/>Would not recommend and will not be going back. <br/>0/10

The freshest Chinese I've ever had! Fried Rice that isn't oily, fresh vegetables, amazing sweet and sour pork. Love it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great service and awesome flavour.
