Chips soggy and cold, Order was not what the description said. Chicken was dry and bun soggy. Not happy at all with quality.

Awful! Terrible customer service, this place is honestly appalling and a complete waste of money. Using frozen watery fish fillets and the battered fish so slimy it was obviously thrown out. Mind you I waited 25 minutes and there was no other customers in the store which didn’t bother me but then to have to throw the food in the bin and completely waste our money is such a shame and very upsetting. The food was simply disgusting! The cheap prices match the cheap quality of the food. There is a reason this place remains dead empty, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice….

Just had a burger with egg. No salt in the patty which was tasteless, one tiny slice of tomato, loads of shredded lettuce and that’s it. I thought a burger came with onion and beetroot. Apparently not. I asked for sauce and got none. Chips were so dry I couldn’t eat them. Used to be really good but not now. I’ll never be back.

Went to the place as per someone’s recommendation, found the older lad extremely unwelcoming. His mannerism throughout was very rude and aloof. When asked about the pasta salad he acted as If I asked about something he couldn’t understand. Went there again and observed his mannerism to be very discriminatory between different customers. Food was average, salmon was once overcooked and chips were dry the other time. Sorry but not going to this place again as their competitors next door run a better customer service and good food as well.

Quality has really dropped since the young lad took over. Chips over the past month have been looking like this, double cooked due to laziness. Wouldn't recommend

Great staff, chips and seafood cocktails.

Heard good things about this place but never been there so decided to give it ago ... at first glance the place looks a bit tired and unorganised but sometimes the best food comes out . Ordered a few battered fish , calamari rings and chips ( wanted scallops but they were sold out ) ... 45 minutes later still no food but hey it’s busy and good things come to wait except this time. The food was disgusting- the battered fish was slimy and watery inside a burnt and rock hard oily batter , the prawns were dry and tasteless, calamari rings were chewy and the chips were shrivelled, dry small and under seasoned. No tarter sauce , lemon was old, had to purchase tomato sauce ... nope and nope from me. Maybe it was just a bad night but I will never go there again

Great place to pop in to after a day out on the water. If you can't catch any fish just buy some fish n chips instead
