Ate here last night and had the best experience ever. James, the young man on the counter, was absolutely exceptional. Kind, efficient, fast and brought our food to our table with a smile. I really hope his hard work gets recognised and someone promotes him to manager!!! Thanks, James!

finally the time has come, a fast food restaurant that doesn't produce quite as much waste. the food is served on plates that are washed and reused. this is the way to go, the burger was flavorful and tasty. environmental protection must come first, more of it!!! one more reason to eat here.

Misleading trading hours information. I arrived at the restaurant at 9.20 pm but they didn't want to serve me and I was told that they are already closing, but when I pointed out that the writing on the entrance says 10.00 pm they told me that they close at 9.30 pm. Wow very professional service! Speechless

Best customer service! Young boy at front counter named “James”was so nice and helpful regarding the menu. The food was so fresh. One of the cleanest stores I’ve been too. Keep it up.

Contracted Salmonella poising from here and was in hospital, they didn't even want to hear about it or believe it was from them. Don't go here late at night, Chicken is probably sitting out for hours. I contacted head office and they didn’t take my word for it even though I had a food diary of the whole week confirming it was from them, plus had confirmed pathology results saying I had salmonella. My doctor is furious and has also known of someone to have a similar experience after eating here

Teenage boy wearing a trainee badge served us at the register. I’ve never had such a rude and disinterested person take my order, when asking him questions about the meals he would roll his eyes while sighing like I was asking him to climb Everest. Better veto your candidates!!

Always fast, tasty, and friendly. There's a mature woman, and a fellow gym goer that are on service who are always nice as well, don't know their names.

Friendly assistant, even although the couple before me had a go at her for not understanding her order while on the phone and arguing with her partner on what she wanted. The Oporto assistant did receive me with a smile and what felt a nice sincere "Hi! What can I get for you?". Hi5 to you! What da hell, Hi10!! Food was good as expected, but service was surprisingly nice!
