Casual Pho restaurant with soup, vermicelli bowls, entrees and Vietnamese drinks. Order at the counter and they’ll bring the food to you. The pho was excellent, well developed flavours in the soups. Really yummy food.

So happy a good pho restaurant has opened in carlingford! Been here numerous times now and my favourite is their bun bo hue spicy soup noodles. You order at the counter and the food and drinks are brought out to your table. Hopefully they’ll also add some better rice options to their menu in the future, there are currently only 2 and 1 is a crispy chicken rice which looks more like Japanese chicken katsu so I haven’t been that interested in trying it.

I don’t know how I could find a stylish vietnamese restaurant in worldly suburb like Carlo. I saw this place come up months ago and it looked very different to other restaurants nearby. The kind you would find in a busy commercial district. They got high rating so I decided to dive in with my family.

We got dry vegan pho and dry special combination pho and ox tail pho. Two side dishes were fried chicken fillet and nem sticks. A vietnamese coffee which I heard is different to Australian coffee.

The phos were very refreshing and large in portion (they do cost more too). Special mention to the ox tail. It was so tender it falls off the bone. The meat slices in dry pho were too thick and tough. Seafood sauce went well with the fried chicken! I really enjoyed the coffee which was dripped on top of condensed milk. It had a very mellow taste and light aroma. The condensed milk made it too sweet so I would recommend getting reduced/no condensed milk.

The dining hall is brightly lit and clean. Kitchen is modern and clean. Staff is friendly and food comes fast! What a fresh change of food scene here! Xihuahua 🐶 must try!

Such a great place to visit when you crave a delicious bowl of pho and more.
I went there with my family for a weekend lunch.
They were busy with customers but service was pretty quickly.
Their pho was fantastic and I also love their crispy lemongrass chicken salad bowl with spring rolls and the not-so-secret grilled pork chop with rice and egg.
Portions were generous too!
Glad I saved some room for desserts as they were delightful. My favourite desserts so far are the three colour drink and the avocado smoothie with black sesame ice cream.
It’s worth to mention that they also have gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian friendly dishes.

Really nice Vietnamese restaurant along Pennant Hills Road in Carlingford.

Nem Sticks ($5.50), or crispy fried spring rolls, had a yummy dense filling made of pork, taro and pickled radish. I like the sauce on the side and how long the spring rolls were. Perfect to share with a friend as it comes with 2 spring rolls.

Bun Ga Don ($14.50) or vermicelli salad bowl with crispy lemongrass chicken was nicely presented and full of flavour, especially with the chilli fish sauce. Chicken was cooked perfectly and had a great crunchy coating which really excited me. In my opinion, there was too much vermicelli for toppings. Also, the vermicelli noodles were quite short which made them difficult to pick up with chopsticks, would recommend using a spoon too.

Pho duc biet = the works, sliced beef, balls, tripe and tendon! All in!!
Bun bo hue = spicy broth with lots of veggie
Bun ga don = Vermicelli salad with chicken snitzel (w hint of lemongrass)

First off, you find yourself a seat in accordance to the number of your party. There are plenty of seats with ample leg and elbow room.
Next, scan menu and finally proceed to counter for order and payment. As listed above, those were our selection.

2 comments, the portions are huge!! They have an option to level up for $2 I think but given the size of the regular that’s not really necessary. At least for us
anyway.

Lastly, if you are playing with credit card- there is a surcharge. So bring plenty of cash.

Nice place and good addition to the local food scene. Now we have options apart from those established Viet shops near Epping/Eastwood station.

The new kid on the block, Got Pho, is where it’s at. Fresh, bold flavours, an extensive (& well priced) menu, and great portion sizes, I highly recommend Got Pho to those looking for delicious Pho in the Hills District. The staff are so friendly & helpful and more than willing to give you advice and recommendations. Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, or just after a great meal, Got Pho has got you covered.

Very friendly staff. Got the egg noodles with pork. Very yummy egg noodles and the sauce was very nice as well. Tried the bun noodle salad as well and both dishes had good amounts of each element. Not too much noodles and everything was balanced out. Tasted very fresh and the restaurant is all indoor seating but very spacious and nicely decorated. Also tried their smoothies and it was very refreshing as well.

Got the #3 pho on the menu with extra noodle toppings, scallops and black sesame and jack fruit icecream. Plentiful servings of noodles, tender beef meat pieces in a lightly fragrant broth. Satisfying, but I've had better pho that packs a punch for flavour in Cabramatta and Bankstown before. Scallops were ok, needed abit of more flavour. Icecream was nice, good texture and not too sweet. Black sesame really does taste as it sounds. Friendly service, hipster decor for a pho restaraunt.

There's a vegan option in each category and we tried each them all. The food is filling and good value portion sizes for money. The drip coffee was also interesting and refreshing.

Delicious Vietnamese restaurant! Beef pho ($13) and vegan pho ($15.50) were large and filling portions. The three colour drink ($6.90) was also so delicious and sweet, loved the pandan flavour and jellies. Banana fritter with coconut sago ($8.50) was quite nice too, but was not very crispy. The ambience and music is great, and staff are very friendly! Definitely one of my new favourite Vietnamese restaurants! Follow my Instagram @jaelyneatss!

I had the porkchop broken rice and was expecting a traditional Com Tam but it was missing the meatloaf & shredded pork skin, and small bowl of soup. Disappointing considering the price. The dish was delicious tho. My wife had pho which i can say more positive things about. Broth was tasty, everything will cooked, and fresh
