I’ve been here for nearly a week now and I have never had service this good the staff are polite and easy to talk to they like to make sure everything is great the meals are great size and worth having I can’t think of anything bad about this place
Celebrated my birthday last night here with friends and family. The service and food was outstanding and I was treated like a king. It was great to be able to order an entree and not have your mains served before you have finished your entree. I cannot say enough good things about last night. Thanks to all the staff you did a superb job.
This is a lovely, friendly motel. The rooms are clean, the manager and staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed twice - once on the way north and then on our way back south. The buffet breakfast was good and set us up for the day. Little touches such as our windscreen being washed whilst we were at breakfast were great. We ate at Sails one evening and the service was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. A delightful place to stay.

Our family of 4 ate at Sails tonight, what an amazing meal it was especially after a very long day in the car from Perth.
The waiter was lovely and very professional, nothing was too much trouble. Compliments to the chef. Fantastic dinner! The kids are looking forward to breakfast in the morning before we head off to Exmouth. �
Awsome Resturant I have been going to for years. Rooms are great and the staff exelent. The only place I stay in Carnarvon.
Very nice place and comfortable stay inside the hotel. Big room and spacious for the family. Very affordable with free breakfast in our stay. Very accomodating stuff from the reception to the restaurant. I will definitely recommend this to my friend and relatives. We love to comeback and stay next time on our holidays.
I had a 2 night stay as part of a work trip. My room was lovely and clean lots of fresh towels and linen. Ate at the restaurant both nights the food was fabulous. I would highly recommend this motel if staying in Carnarvon.
Lovely clean room with everything you could need (including washers), reasonably priced with free continental breakfast. Best accommodation we have had so far.
I only stayed one night this time. I have been there before. Service is always excellent. Rooms always clean and well prepared. Had dinner in their restaurant and my meal was yummy!
Lovely customer service and staff members were friendly! Our food came out quick and tasted delicious! Ordered the French braised chicken (sauce was fabulous) and the scotch fillet! Was perfect as we arrived bit late in town but was craving a good meal and they are open later than many other food places!
Came here on our holiday travels for a friend's Birthday and it was just divine. 3 of us had chicken curry as a main and it was just heavenly.
Also we had appetisers prior and that was just amazing.
Friends had a shared platter and it looked amazing.
Staff here were very helpful as our Hostess for the evening mentioned all the specials and guided us to our table.
Sails is great top night and TOP STAFF.

Carnarvon hospitality aplenty. Our dinner was delicious with an Asian twist. I had local fresh caught Rankin Cod.....beautifully cooked and served with tasty veg sides. Bookings are required.
Clam chowder is superb - fish, calamari, prawn, mussel - all tender cooked and the broth packs a taste. My wife had the miso cod - nice char and tender juicy - first time in her life she ate everything on her plate.
Busy restaurant. The rave reviews given for the meals are well n truly justified. My partner had a curry and I had the seafood chowder. So delicious!
We had half a dozen oysters each for entre. Partner had Kilpatrick...no need for the onion. Mine natural...seems they were washed because there was no salty taste.
The wine list was extensive, but several varieties weren't in stock.
The windows need a very thorough clean. Being close to the water, the view would be lovely. The unused Bain Maries need to be stored elsewhere when not in use. The restaurant could do with a spruce up.
