Shyun Ramen Bar - Carnegie - Photo album

Been here a few times now, beautiful place. Can't go wrong on the menu here. If you have to wait, worth it. Broth is beautifully textured, same with the eggs. Either signature or one of the others, can't go wrong. Don't forget a matcha drink while you're at it. One of the best in Melbourne's SE.
Love the food here. No fuss, efficient service and good selection available. Karaage chicken is one of my favourites. Seats about 16 inside and three tables on footpath over summer but tables turn over quite quickly so never have to wait long. Order and pay at counter.
I didn’t realised that cleared soup based ramen existed tho. Well, quite good but salty on my taste actually… Anyway, reasonable price, good quality of foodie.

Not too long of a wait (they told me they would call in 20 mins and they got back to me in 13 on a Friday dinner hours), beautiful beautiful ramen which tasted wonderful and the staffs were very helpful despite it being super crowded. The place is small so it's not the most fun place to sit in but I
ordered the gyōza, sichuan ramen, pork shoyu, chicken karage shoyu, spicy pork miso. Good bowls of ramen but nothing spectacular.
My to go local ramen place. It’s not always consistent but overall pretty good!
