consistently good takeaway coffee; lovely staff too; dog treats come in handy as well; difficult to juggle hours that they are open but that will change once station is up and working regularly
Cool little hole in the wall hidden down a side street and lane way. The only place to have a drink in The Negie, bar the pub. Great local feel with staff ex-Cheers; they’ll know your name.
Absolutely delicious food, they have awesome vegan burritos that aren't on the menu, just ask the bartender and she'll tell you the "secret" vegan menu haha! Oh and the cocktails are the bomb, props to the chef and the bartender for a great night out!
Cutest little spot in Carnegie! I live on the street so I love to grab my coffees from there, also funky and has a cool vibe on weekend nights for a drink outside, some tasty food too!! Hidden little gem

Cool little hipster joint, friendly staff and awesome coffee. I usually get a strong latte and it's rich, dark, balanced and smooth.
Also open late from Thu for a casual drink or cocktail.
Fun Fact: William Murray Ross was an original pioneer & developer of Carnegie (then known as Rosstown in the late 1800s). He was also a Ghostbuster.
WMT is by far one of my favourite places to get coffee, EVER. The gentlemen who run it sure know how to whip up a fine cup of coffee (coffee score= 5/5). I've been there for dinner too, their cauliflower tacos are divine!
Unfortunately, I am sad to say, the service can be a little on the slow side and their hours are very inconsistent, sometimes when they are meant to be open, they're closed... which can be frustrating when I travel 20 minutes to have one of my favourite coffees.
Nevertheless, I will forever classify The William Murray Tavern as a favourite for coffee, cocktails & delicious Mexican food. Oh, and they also have the world's COOLEST loyalty card!
Small but nice menu, they do all day toasties, nachos and Breakfast. I had the Rancho relaxo (Mexican baked eggs) and a large coffee. Food and coffee were great and the staff were nice and helpful. Worth walking off Koornang for!
We came for dinner on a Sunday night. Delicious cocktails, great food with very generous sizes we had the nachos, fajitas and tacos. Bar staff were also great. We felt very welcomed and will definitely be back. This is the kind of establishment Carnegie was desperate for!
Great little local watering hole right by Carnegie station. The staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is downtempo and enjoyable, drinks are great and the food is awesome for sharing - try the carnivorous nachos!
I fell in love with this nice little one the first time went there. Lovely coffee and food as well as adorable adorable staffs plus some untold uniqueness. There were minor issues but the imperfections just made this place even cuter. Only get to know what the four letters TWMT stand for while writing this review. Bob Harris is my love.

It used to be a tiny store front that only provides take away. We walked past the station today and was surprised that the shop now has an indoor area which can sit up to 20 people! And they started to serve food too! We didn't try the breakfast today, but the menu looks very interesting, and the coffee is great! Will come back soon to try the food!

One of the better coffees found in Carnegie station area. When I walked past the first time I noticed the nice little flower bed by the curb, I was a little confused to see if it was a cafe or a tavern - the sign said tavern but it looked more cafe, and noone was dining inside. So I walked away.
Later in the day, past 3pm, I needed a coffee fix and most other cafes were closing. I walked back to William's just to recheck, and lo behold I saw a coffee machine.
So I'd like to know if people actually come here to drink anytime before 5pm? It opens quite early in the morning and I guess people know there's coffee - but it looks very quiet...
I think the place has potential to be far busier for a lot longer if it's advertised moreso as a cafe in other social media platforms - Facebook/Google says it's a tavern. Feel free to shed some light for me - I'm not a Carnegie local.

This is the kind of place my father would refer to as a hole the wall. It doesnt sound flattering does it? But this is situated in a laneway opposite the carnegie train station in what was a garage. So a fitting description.
Moreover it's a fun hole in the wall. This hole in the wall also says it sells real chai latte. Real Chai hey? Guess what folks, they don't disapoint.
The menu is small, but so is the place. And lets face it people drop by on the way to the train. So it doesn't need to have an ala carte menu.
Too be honest I was suprised because usually chai/coffee near train stations from my experience have been mediocre to average at best. So really, really happy.
The boys serving me were just great, hilarious actually. They knew everyone that stopped by and welcomed new commers as if they were old friends. I'm hooked!
This is the cutest little place! The owner and staff are really great people. Coffee is lovely, perfect while waiting for the train because it's only about fifty meters from the station! Whoever is designing the interior and graphic design for this place has great taste!
This place satisfies my every morning coffee! Not much of a latte person but this place makes THE BEST LATTE from all that I've tried. You get a free coffee after every four coffees that you buy here.. what more can you ask for! The hosts are friendly as well! Cheers for the new awesome coffee shop! Highly recommend this place to you all!

Really good, consistent coffee everyday! It's a little 'hole in the wall' type place, located right next to Carnegie Station (city bound side) only serving fast takeaways. The crew are chilled and friendly every morning... Easily one of the better coffees in the area.

Cosy, snug, unique. Chef prepares the food with a lot of love n care, the burritos are amazing - I love the fact that there are vegan options. Great place to go for cheap tasty cocktails :)
Amazing coffee, and the staff are so friendly and great to chat to! And now the internal sitting area is complete and as part of their soft launch, they're open late on weekends!
Loved coming back to Carnegie. I once owned this building and it is a credit to the guys for their great set up. Loved the coffee and ambience. I will be back.
