Looking for a nice cold treat on a hot day in Carnegie, I came across Beans 'N' Cream and was surprised at their delicious flavour options such as black sesame and licorice. This large space is decked out with fun posters and colourful donut cushions. I found the ambience to be fun and comfortable.
We chose espresso icecream and Nutella donut, and both were really good. The coffee version was a little icy for my liking, but the flavour was fantastic. The Nutella donut was a better consistency, nice and creamy with yummy chunks of donut. You get generous serves, and it's really good value for money. There are also donuts and coffee available, and there is also a corner filled with loads of different lollies. A sweet lovers paradise. The owners were fantastic and the service was friendly. I'm keen to return to try more fabulous flavours.
I adore the sweets stand. Stood there for ages feeling nostalgic with some of the oldies...they had twinkies!!!
We had a doughnut sandwich (choose your doughnut and 2 scoops of ice cream), vanilla and choc mint ice cream cones, and a mocha.
Service was friendly but had a bit of trouble with the language barrier. Otherwise, a great dessert place.

Best ice cream in Carnegie. Love their ice cream range (green tea, black sesame and chocolate ones are yummy!) as well as the waffles and donuts. They make great coffee too.You can't find coffee in Carnegie after 5PM easily and Beans 'N Cream is my go to place for night time caffeine cravings. Beautiful decor and ambiance with lovely staff. Been going there for a while now and the experiences there have always been wonderful.

This has become like a go-to place for me and my husband. The staff is friendly, doughnuts are delicious, and did I mention the coffee is to die for? They also have 24 different flavours of ice cream (vegan flavours too) and they're yummy ♥️☕🍦🍩
I loved the ambience and how the space is designed. We had lava cake with icecream and it was so much worth it ! It took us four minutes to finish this yum delicious piece of art ❤️ 🍰
Best ice cream around, coffee is also great, and comfy place to sit savouring them. Also like the recycling concept with cheaper price if you bring own cup and give them back the ice cream container. Hope they stay around for long.
We ordered a few ice cream flavours: Salted Caramel, Golden crunch, Choc Mint, Green tea and Black Sesame.
Creamy thick and soft texture. Not too sweet. Trying five creamy flavours feels like a party in your mouth.
Will definitely come back to try the other flavours.
One of my favourite ice cream parlours in the area, atmosphere is great and ice cream is very tasty. Always come here for their thick shakes. If you’re looking for a nice shake or ice cream/ gelato would strongly recommend !
I love getting late night ice cream from Beans N Cream. It's very cosy inside and their staff are very lovely. They also have donuts, drinks and American treats. What a gem of a place!
It has been my go to place after 4pm for a cup of nice coffee if I'm around the area.
Coffee here is top notch with amazing latte art.
I have been served the same top quality coffee again and again, by a few different guys/girls.
I was quite surprised at their consistency in delivering great coffee every time.
It's an ice cream place I know. But I find it awesome to serve great coffee late at night.
Maybe other people hate drinking coffee late at night, as caffeine may keep them up all night.
But for me, I'm quite insensitive on caffeine. So all good.
Just need a good cup of coffee and a funky place to chill in evening.
Cute little spot with a lot of flavours to choose from and an old school lolly area with plenty of imported deliciousness!
They also have waffles and cakes to choose from with lots of different dessert options.
Definitely a good spot to check out!
Wanted ice cream on the way home so we found Beans n Cream and what a great find. They have 24 ice cream flavours on the menu including some sorbet options.
Prices a little on the expensive side but the portions are generous. We tried 4 flavours (2 double scoop packs): black sesame, Jamaican rum and raisin, salted caramel and chocolate ripple.
The texture is very sticky and creamy and we loved how many raisins were in the rum and raisin flavour!!
The venue was pumping at 7:30pm on a Friday, queues of people lining up but the staff were quick and prompt but still friendly. Would definitely go back next time we’re in the area!
I stopped by Beans ‘N Cream after lunch at carnegie. I was craving some ice cream their big “ice cream” sign and super cute decor was enticing.
I was so surprised by their cake display, donuts display and their little lolly selection in the corner, everything was so cute!
Their waffles were really tasty, and their green tea ice cream was perfect! Not too sweet to balance the waffle and just the right amount of bitterness.
I would definitely recommend this cute little place and will be back to try their ice cream donuts and croissants!
I loved it! Doughnuts are very aesthetic and tasty 😍😍 I loved the icecream flavours as well. The staff were super nice and lovely, she allowed us to try many flavours. Overall I loved it- eat in or take out It was a great dessert
Loved the Hazelnut flavor! Kept reaching out for more! Tried the green tea and watermelon as well... they were really smooth! Love how environmentally conscious and friendly this place is! It’s good value for the quality ice creams you get!
Great place to relax and chill on a hot summer day. Ordered some ice cream and iced coffee from this place. Kids all loved it. Spacious and comfortable seating.
After a huge dinner on a warm muggy day we ventured around for dessert and came across Beans ‘N Cream. We’ve never noticed this place before so decided to check it out.
We walked into a glorious well air conditioned space and breathed a sigh of relief given the yucky weather outside. Definitely top notch AC! The decor was modern, clean and bright. It also had a very spacious feel.
Davin and I settled on two scoops of icecream in a cup and we picked espresso and watermelon sorbet. The watermelon sorbet was too much on the sweet side and the texture tasted more like icecream than sorbet so we weren’t the biggest fan of it. The espresso icecream however was fantastic and had a really good hit of coffee to it. We loved it and will definitely come back for it again.
Our friends ordered a couple of scoops of the rainbow icecream and a Golden Gaytime milkshake.
Overall a good place to drop in for dessert. I’ll sure be getting more of that espresso icecream!

This place has a huge selection of ice-cream and sorbet flavours that makes it hard to decide which ones to go for. And yes, even with three scoops it wasn’t an easy choice. Ended up ordering the hazelnut, matcha and watermelon flavours in a cup. Each flavour is served with two small scoops which is equivalent to a fairly big scoop. The hazelnut ice-cream is smooth and has some finely crushed hazelnut pieces to give it the extra nutty flavour. Then there is the matcha ice-cream which is just as smooth but without any contrasting textures; matcha flavour was definitely present and not overly sweet. Finally the watermelon sorbet; the sweetest out of the three, was also great but the intense sweetness reminds me of bubblegum candy. Overall a nice place for ice-cream.
Loved the honey crunch and boysenberry!! Definitely worth the visit! Wouldnt recommend the pistachio though! Will be back to try the other flavours :)
Amazing place to have ice cream. We had green tea, watermelon, blood orange, and black sesame flavour 🍨 the flavours were authentic. The green tea could be stronger. A nice little place just to chill and hang out with your friends. Easy parking round the block too.
Great aircon on a steamy day. Roomy and fresh facade. Efficient service and delicious product. Had Gaytime and Chocmint thickshakes. Donuts looked great.
Great interior, very friendly and helpful staff and the doughnuts are amazing! I love their environmental messsage on the wall- something that is important to me when eating out. Please serve your milkshakes and iced coffees in glasses not plastic cups to support this message! Can you guys please get uber eats so I can deliver a doughnut!
One thing I'll say though- please sell the donuts fresh- I have had a couple of stale ones.
I am so glad we visited Beans ’N Cream! It was a warm sunny weekday and we were exhausted from the heat. This little new cozy modern ice cream parlour was a life saver. With a large variety of flavours to choose from, everything looked so delicious and tempting. In the end, we tried like 7 different flavours. Prices vary depending on the number of scoops you choose. One scoop is $5.50, two $7.50 and three $8.50. Out of all the flavour we tried, our favourite was the watermelon sorbet. Majority of the flavours were sweet and had a smooth creamy texture.

Popped into Beans 'N Cream earlier this afternoon to see what was on offer (Ice Cream - 24 varieties, Donuts, Tea & Coffee) & met Marcos, who was somewhat chatty to say the least. I ordered a cup of Rainbow Ice cream for $5.50 and thoroughly enjoyed it, being truthful it left me longing for more (maybe next visit I'll order a double serve). This venue is a kid's heaven, the range of flavours is considerable (hey, I'm just an old kid). The background music was at a suitable level to be heard over and the décor was pleasing to the eye.
The Juror's Verdict: Food 4.5/5, Service Provision 5/5, Will I return: Definitely, I'll be living here (not far from my home)

Had two thickshakes here, hazelnut was full of nuts which I loved. Choc ripple was so good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish they would use reusable cups for dine in though.
Wonderful and friendly atmosphere. The ice cream tasted good (tried the vanilla bean, espresso and chocolate ripple) and got good portion sizes for pricing.
Dropped in on spec, just to check it out after a Shyun dinner. Friendly guy, let us try flavours. We chose black sesame and the suggested pairing with honeycomb, both were excellent and not too sweet. Very Eco friendly, with discounts for re-using their containers and bamboo disposables. Will bring the kids next time. Generous scoops too!
Came here for once over the weekend. The coffee was decent and their ice cream flavors are really good. I had their waffles too. It was crispy and fluffy. Don't mind coming here again!
I like this place, good long blacks combined w yummo donuts and rainbow ice-cream that looks like its from the food fight scene in Hook (childhood dream food) staff seem cool also

Light, bright and cheery describes everything about this place. Impressive 'zero waste' philosophy, mind boggling array of gourmet donuts and delectable ice-cream flavours. Salted caramel and strawberry cheesecake were standouts with perfect creamy flavours and silky, clean textures. Imagine it will go off like a frog in a sock come summertime 🌞
Delicious icecream. First tried when they were giving free samples outside the shop and I ended up walking it to buy some. Friendly service both times I've been there - tried the salted caramel and the honeycomb, great consistency!
Visited here on Saturday night with my Coeliac daughter. The staff were extremely accommodating and considerate of her needs. All flavours are clearly marked for allergies. I appreciate the time & care they took to ensure there was no cross-contamination. They also have individually wrapped gluten free waffle cones.
We will certainly be back and can recommend Beans 'N Cream to anyone who is Coeliac or has allergies.
Pretty cool place. Blackboards worth of ice cream flavours and pre-packed pint jars add a nice visual touch to the store.
The coffee is a little weak, but works well in an ice mocha. Quoting my friend: "it tastes like a cross between an iced latte and an ice chocolate"... So you're at least getting your expectations worth!
It's worth a second visit, so I'd give it as a recommendation.

Really lovely ice cream/cafe with lots of sustainable options. You can add toppings to your ice cream and have them with donuts or waffles. Lots of lollies being sold separately too. Fair bit of seating on the inside so you can chat to mates. Lovely soy chai lattes are made and very quick service. Staff are also quite friendly and pleasant to talk to.
First time having ice-cream from here and it was so amazing! The setup of the store inside is very chilled and they have plenty of other snacks to buy as well.

Now second time to this place in 2 weeks and you can say they have the best customer service. Had waffle with ice cream and was delicious also I tried the lava cake with ice cream and expected to be warm lava cake with ice cream but it was cold lava cake still tasted YuMm.
This little joint is in the heart of Carnegie, it's perfect for a desert after a lunch or dinner. Their service is good, and not only do they offer nice ice cream but a variety of other deserts such as waffles, donuts, and lollies that I believe some are American.
Really really cute cafe! Loved the owner of the store and the girl working there is so so so helpful. The ice tea is really nice and so many icecream flavours to choose from~ very nice atmosphere. Hot chocolate wasn’t very sweet which is surprising
