Amazing food and service at a cheap price. I have been here at least 10 times with friends, and by myself. The food from the ramen to rice dishes and dumplings are all very flavourful and good portions.
Definitely recommend coming here with friends, as it is byo any alcohol and there is a Cellarbrations literally across the road. When you and your mates buy in, it brings the price right down. I have had many great nights here with delicious dumplings and beers + good service.
Randomly walked in this restaurant and wow it was surprisingly good!! We ordered some dumplings and the 5 spice beef and they were so yum, so authentic and very reasonably priced! The staff were very nice and attentive, definitely going back soon.
A side note for non Chinese customers that the ‘ramen’ at this restaurant is not Japanese ramen but Chinese hand-pulled noodles - they happen to be the same word in Chinese so hence the ‘ramen’ translation which is a little misleading, but you should definitely try the noodles it’s the best.

Forgot to take a picture of all the food but twas yummy and definitely worth! It’s very very reasonably priced!! I liked the deep fried chicken spare ribs. Yum
On moving to the area the Ramen and dumpling House Restaurant quickly become our local for dumplings. Great consistent quality at a reasonable price point. The menu is not exhaustive but does what it needs to. The food is always fresh and the service is good. We have done take away and eat in and, ignoring the environmental issues with the packaging of most take away food, it’s worth it. It allows for BYO.
The waiter and waitress were very nice and caring. The signature pan-fried chicken & prawn dumplings were a bit salty (for me) but their textures were really good. They were so delicious that I am still thinking about them.
Great service, delicious food! New owners have improved what was already great. Food was super fresh, scrumptious and hot. Highly recommend, best dumplings in Carnegie!
