The burger bun was really soft, the beef patty was juicy and they were generous with the sauce. I enjoyed the Smac Daddy, the fries were crispy and liked how it wasn’t too salty. However, I wish I asked for no ketchup on the top since I’m not a huge fan of tomato sauce.
My friend was happy with her meal as well but she would have liked if the food came out a little hot instead of warm because the food did cool down fast.
The service was great.
Would definitely return :)
We eat from here regularly. The food is always tasty and well made. Service is friendly and efficient. There can be a bit of a wait because it is a smaller establishment and very busy but totally worth it
Solid burger - ingredients were fresh and it came together just nicely. Generous portion of chips when purchased in the combo - great lunch time special. Will be back
omg this place is amazing, first time trying & definitely will be back 😍 I had a fried chicken burger & the other is the al bacone burger! both sooo yum, also had oreo shakes - amazing burgers & friendly staff.
The burgers and chips are tasty but small portion sizes for the price you pay.
I would much rather go to grill'd.
Would still come back but would have to get a double patty burger to fill me up.
Casual Thursday night burger adventures with the housemate I've been meaning to come here for a bit. Got the OG with the Mexican loaded chips and a couple of furphys really hit the spot check em out great food super friendly joint 😁
Came here and had their O.G burger and their loaded chips piggy small. The burger and chips was good. But the place is small and can get busy and their not many table and chair around to sit. Service is ok. 😀
Juicy delicious burgers- I got the double al bacone, nice buns, nice patties delicious house made notorious sauce. Mac and cheese was delicious. Loaded bacon fries were amazing and the onion rings are to die forrr! Loved it will definitely go back again
Just a little burger shop off the side of Caroline Springs plaza. The inside has a very urban, rnb feel about it with some friendly staff.
I ordered the Texas Ranger with double beef, double cheese, onion, pickles, jalapenos and bbq sauce. The flavours worked well together although I would have liked it a little more spicey. My only concern was the bun falling apart after every bite. Having said that I though the burger itself was pretty good
Notorious burgers is a burger joint in caroline springs, with good burgers, chips, salad and cool drinks. Everything from there menu that I've tried is really good even the drinks are made fun, the cans are USA cans that you wouldn't see in your average Melbourne supermarket.
I tried the Cheesy-E burger and it was good I was disappointed when I asked them to take something out and put something else in and they didn't do it, so I told them and they said they'll fix it but they still didn't do it the way I asked.
Despite this the burgers were still good the bread was fresh and the meat was well cooked, I recommend this place for anyone who loves burgers, but don't change what's inside the burger to much because there not good at changing what's inside.
Notorious Burgers is one of our local burger joints and we finally got to try them out. We ordered the Al Bacone, Chick n Run and Piggy Smalls Loaded Fries. We also added a side of extra pickles.
The Al Bacone was honestly the stand out. A delicious meaty and satisfying burger with great condiments which balanced well. Not too overpoweringly meaty. The bacon was subtle but still such a stand out.
The Chick n Run wasn't my favourite. It was an ok burger. The chicken was awkwardly big so it was hard to get a good bite. The slaw and chipotle mayo didn't have much flavours. Wasn't my favourite.
The Piggy Smalls Loaded Fries were delicious. Such a generous serving. ABSOLUTELY loaded with bacon...good quality bacon too.
Such a weird thing to add but their pickles are so delicious...I NEED A JAR!
Best burgers (Al Bacone) we have had in the west. Loaded chips (Mexican loaded fries) are amazing as well as the milkshakes. Quick & friendly service! Have been here a few times, every time the food is tasty.
I like it! Friendly service yummy loaded fries and decent burgers. Always a good place to go for your burger fix. 👍👌I can't wait to try the shrimp burger next!
Theres plenty of options in Caroline springs, and notorious burgers is a nice twist on the melbourne burger trend. I tried it out a week ago and went all out ordering a al bacone, Mexican loaded fries and fried chicken (to share of course). The burger was pretty tasty, however it was the loaded fries (imagine a nacho and fries crossover) and fried chicken which were the winners on this occasion
Ordered notorious burgers through menulog.com for my friends and I and the order came within half an hour. Everything was great, except we were disappointed with the size of the mac and cheese - considering we paid $7 for it, you'd hope for more than 3 mouthfuls. Burgers were great, love the buns. Chips were nice and crunchy and well seasoned.
Burgers seem to be a big thing now-a-days. Im not a huge burger eater but I know a good one when I come across it. Nice small space, good for catch ups. Went with a friend I hadn't seen in months and the staff were friendly. Food was okay, I'd still go back. Just seen and tasted better ones. Still worth the hype. I wasn't disappointed, nor was I expecting much.
Well priced burgers, very filling and tasty highly recommend. They have a wide variety of burgers and sides. They have vegan and gluten free options as well, that also have their alcohol licence.
love love loveeeeee the loaded fries here! first time I came here I had the loaded fries on its own and it was so good as it came out fresh, nice and crunchy and flavored with a hint of herbs. there is a selection of sauces to go with. what was even better was the second time coming back and ordering the loaded fries topped with the fat tony. again, best when it came out fresh, and went so well with the beef mince and sausages. absolutely demolished it. thank you!
Not bad burgers and chips first time I visited the buns were really dry but on return they had fixed that problem so I will be back for the OG burger
Got delivery of burgers and chips. Took over an hour to get to our house but once it was there the burgers were amazing. Chips were a little cold and no sauce came with them but the burger made up for it. Delicious, fresh and no hard bits in the patty. I could only imagine what the burger and chips would be like eating in.
Love it, Im a regular now lol! I keep going back for the Al Bacone, perfectly portioned, with just the right ingredients or the OG if im feeling really hungry, beef and chicken, didn't think i would ever eat 2 meats at the same time, but it just works! Service is great, price is reasonable, place looks mad, and has a great ambiance about it, and best of all its just down the road!
We ordered the Al Bacone, Clucky Luciano burgers and the mac and cheese. I really enjoyed my burger as the beef patty was juicy and the cheese crisped up on the edges adding a nice grilled flavour. The chicken burger was plain and basic so I would have enjoyed it more if the mayo was a spicy one.
The mac and cheese wasn't as nice as I was expecting. It was heavy and boring so it really did not stand out.
Notorious Burgers is worth a visit and a good change from the stores around in Caroline Springs.
Finally the west has a burger place! And it's definitely one they can be proud of. I've been twice now and both times they haven't disappointed (2/2 is good as, some places will get a 0/2 and still receive customers somehow). When I ordered in, the meal was received in good time (plenty of people working) and I was pretty happy with the burger (double Al bacone with Mac+cheese add in was good as!). There is an add on they call '3pac' which gives you the offer of a drink (some cool American style soda available) and a side of chips (loaded fries extra $4) for $6 which is great value for a burger joint. If I had to be picky it would have to be the tray it's presented in. I had a hard time picking up my burger. I had to use a fork to scoop up the bottom bun (would have lost half a point more in rating if it wasn't that tasty! ) I'm looking forward to the many meals this place has on offer (maybe being open for lunch during the week is another thing to look forward to??)
The best thing this place did was to offer delivery! Its perfect for those lazy days when you cant be bothered driving out and waiting around for your burger to be cooked. I ordered the Texas ranger with chips and I was plesantly surprised! It was pretty delicious! Its definitely better than some burger places in the city. The chips were also pretty good, i just wish there was more. The only thing that I felt let the burger down was that the beef patties seemed a bit dry. I am however looking forward to trying it again.

I really enjoyed Notorious Burgers the time I went. I see a couple of negative words said about the place that just opened. Long waits because they're busy etc. But I had a great experience. Staff were really nice and attentive. The food came out really quick for me (I did get there as it opened so it may have been why). I ordered the OG which comes standard with chicken beef and bacon which is right up my alley! In case that wasn't enough calories for me. I added Mac and cheese to it as well. The chips are great and they have Changz hot sauce on every table as well. Caroline Springs doesn't have much in the way of burgers so it's good to see this place around.
Had to say I enjoyed my first time here at notorious burgers. People are going to mention they had to wait long for their food or their orders where mixed up but as a new place in the suburbs and especially in a area that desperately needed something fresh, this burger joint is a welcome addition and will go through some issues to begin with. Enjoyed the loaded fries and my burger was well put together and a decent size. In all our food came out in 10minutes and the staff were really friendly. Would go back to try the other items on the menu.
Girlfriend and friends came here when it opened and had mixed reviews, I didn't eat that time. Complaints were that the burgers were gritty. I wasn't sure what they meant. Having the Burger today I found them to be clumpy, and not well put together, but tasted great. Cheese was melted well and complimented the beef. Overall, I liked it and will try convince my girlfriend to come back.
The new kid on the block!
A great addition to the food scene in quiet suburbia that is Caroline Springs. Locals may not have to travel far for their quick burger fix.
Ordered the Cheezy-E combo with side of fries and Oreo shake. The burger had all the fixings of a classic cheese burger and did not disappoint. Beef patty was nice and juicy. Buns, great! Loved the seasoned fries. The shake they need to work on, as it was on the watery side; it seemed like they forgot or skimped on the icecream.
Regrettably ordered the Mac n Cheese, and couldn't go beyond first bite, it tasted very artificial.
Considering it's still new, the burger was good, and a local, would come back hoping things have improved. *crosses fingers
Notorious Burgers is the first of it’s kind in the quiet suburb of Caroline Springs, serving not only burgers, but also fried chicken ribs and loaded chips. I ordered the basic Cheezy-E ($10.00) which is constructed with beef, cheese, red onion, pickles and notorious sauce. . The beef patty was quite moist and juicy, sandwiched between soft and fluffy buns that were slightly pan fried on the base of the top and bottom bun, which I found gave it an added toasted flavour. The cheese tasted on the creamy side especially as it melted thoroughly. The burger as a whole definitely would improve with tomato sauce as the beef itself lacked flavour. Sauce was provided on the tables, but as someone that rarely tampers with food that is served I didn’t think to add it in myself.
