First time I tried there was just recently where we got chips, flake, potato cakes, dimsims and Hawaiian chicken burgers, the chips weren’t as nice as Burnside Fish and Chips.
The flake although in a different batter was Delicious light and flakey to Burnside’s which is the delicious standard tried and true batter.
The Hawaiian Chicken burger was totally amazing! Even for a person who doesn’t like to eat Chicken burgers, I recommend it!!

I have tried pretty much everything on their menu and i must says my favourite is the fried chicken burger, big D and Double D
The burgers are cooked to perfection and they are consistent. Its always an amazing meal

My go to burger joint in the west! Love all their burgers, especially the Motz and theyre most recent burger, their version of the famous In-N-Out double-double! Their smash patties really show why that style of cooking burgers are the best. They never fail to satisfy my burger cravings and their keto friendly lettuce bun burgers help when you’re “trying” to diet.
Pros: overall burger was delicious, right balance between fresh and greasy! The milk burger bun was nicely soft and crisp. Milkshake was yummy, not too sweet either. Onion rings had a good crisp to it.
Cons: the beef patty was a bit dry and the big D sauce was a bit too tangy and sour to our liking.

Reasonably priced. Wait times for meals can vary especially when they are really busy.
Adding their Filipino meals really places them in a top position compared to other burger restaurants around the area.
the food is good, but the burgers are similar to a better quality hungry jacks and should not be as expensive as they are. overall good place, servers are nice and a cute place to eat. only downfall is the price otherwise it’s very yum.
My boyfriend loves the burgers at st burgs however I’m not a huge burger fan so I can’t say I share the same passion. I can admit the chips here are delicious- crispy and fluffy and well seasoned. We ordered two cheesy d burgers and a d goreng. The cheesy d is kind of like a greasy cheeseburger with Big Mac sauce. The buns are soft and buttery and the patty has crispy bits and is really tasty. The d goreng is basically friend mi goreng noodles with beef patty pieces. It was an interesting concoction however I don’t think I’ll have it again as it’s quite greasy. I would however recommend trying it. St burgs is definitely one of the better burger joints in the western suburbs (possibly the best) for taste and variety.

okay this stack was soooo damn juicy I'm not even kidding. It was FATTT n thicccccc we loved it!
Wasn't too much that it made you feel sick after, it was the perfect combination of goodness in one and it left us feeling great still! (lowkey wanted to order another one...)
The Western Fried Chicken ($13):
Usually we are hesitant to order chicken burgers only because we don't want to end up with dry chicken.. no one likes dry chicken.. We like JUICY AND TENDER ONES ONLY! We decided to give St.Burgs fried chicken burger a go, and GUYSSSS it was so juicy we were so relieved! This ended up being our favourite burger from St.Burgs so we definitely recommend this burger!
P.S They do Cheap Tuesdays for only $10 a burger!

Nice and friendly service. Clean and comfortable ambiance. Burgers are quite small though for what you pay. The taste however is delicious. We keep going back.
My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time. Good atmosphere, wasn’t too busy and the staff were friendly enough. We tried the loaded fries and The D Burger which were great, would definitely recommend and get again. We also got the fried chicken burger but we weren’t a fan, different really have the taste of fresh chicken. More like frozen chicken with mayo slathered all over it. Overall, would go back and recommend!!
One of my fav burger joints ! Staff are always friendly and accommodating and the food is fresh and hits the spot, time and time again. Would recommend the western fried chicken burger and the matcha shake 🤤🤤 the indoor ambience is also a huge bonus, plenty of booths for you and your mates to kickback & enjoy a solid feed !
This is a goooood takeaway burger.
Compared to others we’ve tried in the area, possibly a wee bit more expensive, mostly the quantity of chips could be more for the price. That said, this is the best burger we have had in the area, and I’ll definitely be back for that quick Friday-night feed.
$10 deal on Tues on all burgers at St Burgs. Came here with a group of 9, and had all sorts of burgers, and potato chips, onion rings, chicken wings and sweet potato chips to share. Nice clean aesthetic restaurant and yummy food!

Yum yum yum!!! Have finally found a burger place that is good. Being an American, I’ve found it hard to find a good burger joint. St Burgs has juicy burgers with an awesome bun. My only complaint is the milkshakes. Wish the shake was thick. It was good just too milky. Otherwise, this is an awesome place and will most definitely be coming back.
Cheesy D burger was so delicious the meat was nice and moist and the Western fried wingettes.. the lemon and pepper was popping with so much flavour. Seasoned cut chips with onion rings and nutella shakes was needed to round out our meal. With a cosy restraunt that was both clean and cosy too a great find in the burbs.
Burgers are delicious! The setting upstairs is also so nice and comfortable. It would be even better if the place had table service but all up was a pleasant experience
Great wee Burger place in the far Western suburbs, the MiGoreng noodles with meat patty was something different but hubby seemed to like it, I loved the cheesy fries and Mama Ds burger, both delicious! Would go again for date night for sure.
Best food in the west. So glad these guys opened, the area has been lacking good food. All the burgers are superb, my favourite is definitely the chicken. These guys make the best smash patties we have tried across Melbourne! Keep up the great work guys!

In search for Melbourne’s best burger.
We headed down to the new bustling, St Burgs store in Caroline Springs. Waited a while but that’s what you would expect on a Friday night anywhere. If I had to wait anywhere this long again for a burger, this would be the place because these burgers are outstanding and definitely worth the wait!. We ordered the Durger and the Big D, they both were on another level, the smash patties were so tasty and We loved the char grill taste. For sides we went with sweet potato fries which were perfectly seasoned and the cheese fries add bacon which were also very tasty. Overall I have to say the ambience at this new store is awesome and the food really hit the spot. For now St burgs is definently on top of my list!
Best burgers in the western suburbs hands down, if you looking for a juicy burger head down to st burgs cause I’ve tried there burger it was packed with flavour the bread was like eating into air so light. Highly recommended
They have pretty good burgers, but I do like their cheesy chips more. Their melted cheese was more like a cheese sauce and after a while it's still pretty saucy instead of becoming hard and dry itself out. As for the burgers, I prefer their beef one than their chicken one. The chicken burger was way too salty for my taste. We also ordered onion rings which was all right. Overall this place is a great addition to the area.
Lucky I was scrolling through Zomato as I didn’t know this place popped up near my place!
I jumped in the car and drove straight there and ordered the Durger with added Mi Goreng. Now I haven’t been to the US, but this is the best burger that I have tasted in Melbourne. The meat patty was seasoned really well and was juicy and the sauce used blew me away. The addition of the slightly crispy Mi Goreng just topped everything off.

Very trendy interior, concrete floors, and on trend lighting. Plenty on wall space for some art? Service was fast and food came out fast. Burgers were very tasty as were the fries. Essentially the fact you have to collect your own food and clear your own table makes me think a bit of and over priced maccas, but the food was much better.
I understand it's a small chain, but...maybe the less busy times this could be an option.
Licensed and have beers on tap, furphy and little creatures, taking back the over priced maccas.
Suggestion on the table was the option of red onion would have been good. I would like some hot chilli sauce options????

Great burger joint in the West and newly opened. Once you take the first bite, you can tell it’s fresh and it’s not too pricey for a burger. The staff are super friendly and they have a great dine-in area, would definitely recommend giving it a try.
LLOOOVVVEEE this place! Went opening day and it was busy but we pre-ordered so the wait wasn’t too long! Funky interior, wouldn’t call it kid friendly (young kids) but that’s not a deal breaker for us!!
Food is sensational, we used to go to epping for our burgers and this place is just as good and so close to home. Great customer service the staff are so polite and friendly - and patient! The only thing I would suggest would be perhaps to have a roving waiter, when it’s busy it can take up to 20 minutes from getting there to eating your food and the last thing you want is to have to line up again and wait again if you want additional items like an extra drink. Other then that we love this place 😊
Burgers great! Love the simplicity of interiors and the space. Location and parking not a problem. Food choices was simple. Burger patty was flavoursome and the bun was also good. Not the best burger for me, but It’s one of the best in town.
Great burgers, amazing flavour and I would have given this place a 5 where it not for the grizzly bits in the beef, i came back a 2nd time to see if maybe it was a one off and unfortunately me and my 3 friends all had these grizzly peices in our beef....its still a great burger but not a 5. Onion rings were tasty and love that you have Furphy's on tap!
Best chicken burger I have ever had (and it's always true every time)! The chicken was cooked well and was still so juicy! The ambience of the store was designed so well! The booths are cute and spacious and the service fantastic! So glad they opened up in Caroline Springs since St Burgs is the best local burgers we have in the North West!
Interior is beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing! Menu is simple but absolutely perfected! Food was beyond amazing, hands down the best burger joint I've ever been to!
When you think St Burgs can’t get any better they go ahead and open a brand new, clean AF store in Caroline Springs. The interior is really well done.

Amazing service with a friendly atmosphere! The burgers were full of flavour and patties were not dry. My favourite was the taro shake! Definitely recommend going here and will be back soon.

The patties were as good as their other stores. They were smashed perfectly and the edges were perfectly crispy👌🏻 Also topped it off with the Lemon Pepper Wingettes, Loaded Hot D and the Taro shake. Loved every single bit of it 😍

I have been to the U.S.A before and I’ve had In N out which was one of the best burgers ever but St.Burgs in Caroline Springs actually competed with it as it’s absolutely amazing, I couldn’t ask for anything better. I had a beef burger and some chips for $18.50 and it was worth it perfectly cooked. The location of the place could be better but the actual shop looks really modern inside and out, I would say for what I’ve had it’s the best burger shop in Victoria so I highly recommend this place if you around this area with great food,great atmosphere and great service!

This store never fails to please me. Just as good as the one in Maribyrnong. The vibe, however, is something else. We ate delightfully with the music from the Dj, in the contemporary interior. The durger and Double D remains our absolute favourite, with the crispy yet juicy patty, the sweet bun and the sauces that perfect the creation. We finally got to try the D’goreng and it was not as exciting as other noodle fusions I’ve tried, but the taste resembled exactly a burger with the mustard.
We also had the loaded fries, and they are tasty as they have always been, although I wish there were less of the loading so the integrity of the potato crisp still shines.
This will be my number one spot to eat out since it’s closer to me, see you again!
I came to visit a few months after and I can say it an endless amount of times, they make and sell the best burger in Melbourne city. The new range based from the Phillipines were released and we decided to try it. Although I may lack my understanding of Philippine culture, the spaghetti tasted similar to that of Italian cuisine. The taste of the tomato sauce, was a bit overpowering, and was not exactly restaurant worthy if I had to be honest.
On the other hand, their pandan milkshake was absolutely full of flavour and aroma of the pandan. I am lactose intolerant, but would give up my stomach to drink this again.

Tried the new american range and newly released burgers and gosh I’m lucky to enjoy this without having to travel across the globe for this exotic taste
- Buffalo fried chicken Blue Cheese Sandwich
- Shack durger (4/5): sauce was yummy and refreshing, but nothing beats their classic durger; patty sadly a bit burnt but they got their famous crisp
- Danimal style burger (3.5/5): thousand-island sauce similar to shack durger. More of a zingy tangy creamy sauce. I prefer the shack style
- Whopper D (4/5): love it, taste like a polished version of the Whopper at HJ, but idk if I’d prefer to pay for that price.
It's not often we give out a 5 rating, but with the omission of 0.5 ratings, St Burgs has to go down as one of our favourite and best burger establishments to get a juicy burger from. Service here is immaculate. Genuine customer service with personal interaction and humour between all, creating a very inviting and happy dining experience.
We ordered the sweet potato fries, double d and single beef patty and were nothing short of impressed. Delicious, all round juicy flavours with perfectly salted chips. An amazing meal by any standard for such a great price. Complimented with sauce stations, background music, a DJ?! and water refreshments, this place is just so easy to love.
Couldn't be happier with St Burgs especially so close to home. A welcome addition to an otherwise barren region, making this a MUST for all local and Melbournian residents alike!

Finally. Found a good burger joint!
“Double D” with two patties taste just like what you see in the photo. It is as good as it can get. Typical American style with thinly squeezed patty. The meat is well cooked and very juicy.
In regards to chicken burgers, I am not a fan as it is usually dry! But this place pulled it off. Super tasty and juicy. I had the ones that had chicken thigh as the patty.
The fact that they offer a $10 burger on Tuesdays makes my wallet happy too.
This is my husband's fave place! All burgers are soo good. Definitely give it a try. Worth it. Love the Ube Shake!
I think I’ve found my favourite burger in Melbourne (so far) - ‘The Durger’ from St Burgs. I couldn’t fault a single aspect of this burger - no dripping oil, well-seasoned SMASH patty, soft bun, nice tang from the gherkin relish, everything ratio’d perfectly so it doesn’t fall apart after one bite.
Their chips were golden and crispy and seasoned evenly throughout. Their strawberry shake was delicious and again, not at all too thick and heavy. I was relieved to find it didn’t just taste like melted Strawberry Neopolitan ice cream.
Such a great spot and I can’t wait to try everything else on their wide menu.
Interesting "Filipino Tribute" menu selection, and need to try more of it. The Yum Burger was a bit too salty for me, but my husband and daughter loved it. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Adobo fries.
Friendly staff, large variety on the menu, clean and neat store. I love the spaghetti here as it reminds me of Jollibee which isn't available in Australia but oh man this chicken is wayyy to salty I couldn't finish it, it's good chicken but just way too salty. The shakes are really good though, they better be considering the price!
