I placed an order for a Hawaiian Pizza with a garlic bread. They charged me $30 and I waited for hours for the pizza to never even arrive When I tried calling the next day the staff wouldn’t answer the phone. I have used other Pizza Huts and never had this problem I just want a refund and some sort

We were late getting home and wanted to avoid Mc Donald’s and Hungry Jacks. We looked up the closing time for pizza hut which was 11pm. Terrible service was told 15mins, ended waiting an hour. Then was told by manager he had told the staff to bring pizzas out when ready. We had to walk back in later to find they had been sitting there ready and no One told us.

Took our money, had an error with the booking and was promised a refund. That was last week, no one answers phone or calls back, it shouldn't be this hard to get a refund! If no one call back by end of today, I'll be taking this further.
