Burger was a bit squashed. Grabbed one of these Angus things because they don't have Aussie anymore. Its cool to get the sippy cup instead of a straw. The chips we're good and saved you from a two for squashing the burger.
Online order, all works fine. However, drive thru service was so disappointed.Always check what they give you in the bag. Open it up and check before you drive off. No chips in mine ( mistake happens) but told them and they gave me my chips but there was no sorry, there was no greetings at the start

I picked up an app order thinking friday night delivery delays. Drive through was also a queue of about 12 cars which did keep moving. I had ordered a sauce with one of the items but it failed to find its way into the bag. Food was ok and warm so that was a plus.
Bit disappointed in my Burger. Thought I would try something different. Came in a huge box for such a small burger, was missing the onion rings and was not hot and the chips were almost cold as well and it only took me 3 minutes to drive home. Need to lift your game sadly.

Asked for a classic jacks burger and instead was given a grilled chicken burger, which I like anyway so was happy to just eat that except for the fact that it was RAW! I took one bite and noticed straight away, spitting it out thankfully.
When a customer asks for something to not put in the Burger, DON'T PUT IT - Its as simple as that..
Take clear instructions from your customers and repeat the order back for confirmation or maybe spend some money on fixing your speaker, cause I know how many times I had to repeat saying 'no cheese'
