Ordered burgers from here on a Saturday night via a food delivery app. The Betty's double and classic, plus the usual extras like fries and onion rings. The first question I asked myself after devouring the meal, is why I waited so long to try this place out! Great burgers, just pure cheesy oily goodness. If I'm having a burger, I want a burger, not some poser, and that's what I got, the real deal kind of burger.
Betty's Burgers in Castle Hill was honestly presented so beautiful along the strip of shops outside! We stuck to the simple Betty's Classic burgers, which were super crunchy and juicy. The burgers themselves totally one us over. However, the option for fries could of come with a larger portion size. We also ordered the chocolate thickshake considering the bar of delights wasn't far from our view, and it was good in flavour, nothing overly special. All in all, great customer service and a friendly ambience to have had lunch at!

This place is both a meal destination as well as a desert hot spot. It can be both or either - it’s up to you. For us it was desserts only. we needed a sugar hit and spotted Betty’s and the decision was easy after that. In we went!
We had a mix up with our order, resulting in our food taking longer than usual. Riko, EJ, and Simone simultaneously fixed this error, as well as provided a complementary concrete dessert to make up for it. We were very pleased with the friendly staff and smiling faces, that we're more than happy to come back!
Milkshakes, concretes and burgers, love this combo! Burgers are good! The milk buns are fluffy, buttered and charged on the inside and the meat patty’s are pressed to reasonable thickness. I think there’s room for improvement, hence the 4 star but all in all, good burgs.
New burger joint at Castle Towers with trendy and comfortable seating. Service is great, we were given a menu at the door and then order at the counter before finding a table. We tried both fried chicken burger and beef burger which were both delicious, I preferred the chicken because it had more flavour. Burgers do not come with fries but can be ordered as a side for $5. The highlight was the peanut butter thickshake which I almost finished before the food was ready!
Located inside Castle Towers, this restaurant offers great burgers, tasty side dishes and amazing frozen custard ice cream aka “concretes”.
The highlight of my meal: Betty’s Classic Stack with bacon, Onion Rings, Cookie Butter and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake concretes.
The burger was packed with wonderful flavours and I especially adored the crispy fried mushroom patty in there. The onion rings were crispy and tasty! I recommend the Betty’s special sauce and mayo aioli for the dipping sauces.
The concretes tho. Make sure to order them as they are so so good!
I went here the other day and had one of the best experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had. Amazing food, quick service and I was helped out by Bec who continued to amaze me by her great customer service. Love it! Will be back with more friends!!

Friendly, attentive staff saw us looking in curiously and brought out menus. We are very glad we gave it a try - best tasting burgers we've had in years. The ingredients are fresh and the beef is succulent and savoury. The onion rings are the best - crispy and flavourful. We look forward to having a meal here again very soon.
This place was hyped up by friends and family. It somewhat delivers, as the burgers where yummy and the concrete was sweet and predictable. If ever passing while hungry, no problem in grabbing something!! 😋🍔🍟🍨🍨

Ryland and the team at Betty's Burgers are amazing. The restaurant was packed, there was a line out the door yet the line moved so quick.
We were seated and had our food so quickly.

The place to go if you’re a burger lover and craving something heavy! I don’t consume meat but my boyfriend loved it and insisted I write a review for him. He ordered the classic burger, added bacon with a side of fries, something more simple for the first time. I only had fries which I actually think were super good. Staff were so so friendly and let us order and dine in even though it was 15 minutes till closing time. Would come again!

Some amazing personalities at Castle Gowers Betty's Burgers!! From the sweet girl at the door (people called her tish) to the funny floor staff (introduced himself as Caspian). We were recommended the cookie butter concrete which was super yum, will definitely be coming back!!
As a first time customer, I was very pleased at the efficiency and quality of service at this establishment. The girl welcoming guests in on the street (her colleagues called her Tish) was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the "Cookie Butter" ice cream, it was delicious! The floor staff (Caspian) was also very helpful in showing us where to pick up our food from. Will definitely be returning for more.

I've already tried the one at Darling harbour and its second store at Castle hill maintains the quality they have of their first store in Sydney.
Love the Shroom stack! The mushroom and cheese are nicely crumbed and doesn't have a dripping problem like most mushroom burgers do. All the flavours comes together very well. Was a bit surprise that the pork belly one was dripping a bit, could have squeeze out extra juice of kimchi to preserve integrity.
Fries were the thin type which i like, but it was a bit too salty. Onion rings were sweet and not overly greasy, would recommend this over fries.
Good experience. Will come back for more!

Thanks to #HillsDistrictMums for running the Betty’s Burger competition to celebrate the newest store opening. I was so pleased to win lunch for two and today took along a fellow Hills dwelling mum who deserved to share the lunch prize with me- Abby Bishop just organised a cycling charity event last Saturday called Ride for Refugees #rideforrefugees
This was my first time at a Betty’s Burgers and the new Castle Towers store has lovely summery beach vibes.
Once seated service was friendly, prompt and attentive. We tried the Pork Belly burger which was very yum with pickled vege and sriracha mayo and the very tasty Stack - a combo of their beef and mushroom burgers. Fries and rings w dipping sauces were all crispy very moorish. All washed down with cloudy apple juice. And the concretes were mouthfuls of fun. They threw in some merchandise- the sweater and apron happily worn for this pic.
Girls on the table next to us said their crispy chicken burgers were fantastic and the chocolate shakes were lovely and thick and tasted dark.
And so we shall be back again soon each with our families in tow. Definitely worth checking it out.
Def place to go if you’re craving shake shack. It was packed when we went for lunch on a Sunday and they forgot to serve the banana pudding concrete (waited for about 15 mins for it), the manager was apologetic about it and even gave us a full refund on the concrete. He didn’t have to but it was a nice gesture and we were pleasantly surprised. So two thumbs up for Betty’s. We’ll definitely go back again
Loved loved these burgers ! These burgers were perfect, not too big and messy but delicious. The only down side to this place is the waiters kept bothering us to take our rubbish, I think they wanted us to leave for our table
