The most amazing Vietnamese food I have had in a long time. The flavours were so true and close to the food we had in Vietnam that it was like you were transported to a small eatery in Saigon or Hanoi.
The Soup of the Pho was the authentic pork, beef and chicken bones.
Really amazing experience both in takeaway and dine in.
The staff here are always friendly, polite and trained well. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, always fast. My favourite is the noodle salad with beef lemongrass or pork spring rolls.
The rice paper rolls were not the best I've had but i would never bypass the noodle salad anyway!
Roll'd is one of the best food joints in Towers! Firstly, the staff are super friendly. The food is so delicious and each dish is just as good as the next. The Cuon (rice paper rolls) are quick and easy to grab for lunch or it there's time, sit down and enjoy a Vietnamese baguette, bowl of pho or noodle salad.
Myer at Castle Hill was one of the two Myers that had the suitcase of my dreams (the other one being in Penrith) so we took a little excursion out there, and then decided to have an early lunch. I’ve always been intrigued by how you translate a culture into fast food. Rolld serves up Vietnamese classics, the Vietnamese salad, bun and pho, with a friendly smile and quick service.
Shredded chicken pho was so fresh, flavour full and can't be faulted. Though our 1st choice wasnt available it made up for it.
