We had Yum Cha there on a busy Sunday. The Dim Sum were excellent. The service was good. We'll be back.
Yum Cha is the best! The taste haven't changed even after the Last few years. BBQ pork bun is wow! The texture of the bun is very soft and melts in your mouth. Something that I would to come back to for our next family lunch out.

We started ordering Take Away from here in 2020 (Lockdown). Always great food like the restaurant but went to order tonight and the prices have increased by more than $10 per dish (for example, one usual dish we order jumped from $15 to $27). Prices are now the same as they are if you eat in-house.

Had really nice food at Jin Yan. Same as other people service wasn’t 5 star. Mains came out before entree. Lovely people just need to polish up on the customer service.
