I frequent this sushi bar, food is good and servers are always very nice.
Only improvement is to at least block out things on the menu that are long term off the list or never in stock.
They do have fish that is usually hard to find at other sushi bars,
Tempura here is also very nice

Ordered a platter from Kaito tonight (13/01) and it was delicious! Salmon was so fresh and the other rolls were generously filled with delicious ingredients! The sushi rice was perfect! Great value! One of the best sushi platters I’ve ever had! Will be back for more!
Wait staff was courteous and very helpful too!

When this place opened it had the potential to be one of the best sushi trains in The Hills, quality has dropped dramatically, very rarely any good sushi out on the train, and multiple best selling items like the Wagyu beef are now off the menu with the waitresses explaining their suppliers don’t have it anymore. Today I went to give it one last try and the restaurant was closed at 1:00pm on a Monday with no explanation why for customers. Great shame, won’t be giving it another chance

Hello, I had the great pleasure of dining here last Thursday(21/04/2022), and I must say I had the best experience, Moreover I really appreciated the clean dishes. I hope the cleaning team in the back is receiving praise from all employees and customers.

Delicious fresh Japanese food with some unique traditional flavors with a modern edge. We sampled quite a number of dishes at Kaito Sake Bar and enjoyed each and every one. Be sure to order some freshly prepared hot-food items from the menu that won't show up on the food-train that runs perpetually on the counter. The items we selected were freshly prepared and tasted better than those from from similar restaurants. Restaurant was clean. Staff were polite. The young wait-staff appeared to be new and the restaurant was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Prices were reasonable. Our food quality and service were excellent = 5 stars.

Average place and expensive for what they offer. Shop is nicely renovated but not authentic Japanese food. Tried once and would never dine again. Another disappointing Japanese restaurant in towers

Whilst placing our order, we asked for four menu items, three of which they did not have. My daughter's food was forgotten about, so I had to get up and ask for it. My other daughter only received two out of three items that she ordered, and again I had to get up and ask for it. Poor service, ordinary food.

Service is quick when I go to the door. Atmosphere is peaceful . Still had their Christmas music on. I thought that was a bit funny but strictly speaking we are still in the 12 days of Christmas. Sushi itself was yum .

Amazing food. Very fresh sashimi. Sushi and udon were nice. It’s a gem in the hills. Love it so much. Can’t wait to go again
