Mrs Fields is situated in more or less the middle of the newer part of Castle Towers. It has 10 tables which fill up quite quickly but fortunately people don't usually stay seated for long periods of time. It's not necessarily a place for meals but if you're after a quick snack, they do a great line of cheese toasties. Their coffee is excellent and their cookies are amazing; especially the nibblers range. The food is always fresh and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The place is disabled-friendly with two external tables that are easy access for those with walking frames, wheelchairs or prams. There are no toilets but the shop is only a few metres from the centre toilets. The seating area is quiet compared to the food court below. Prices are on par with other Mrs Fields franchises and are very good for a coffee shop.

Absolutely appalled by the service here. I bought a coupon for half price which can be redeemed for anything in the shop. This was confirmed by the head office. I was trying to purchase some brownies for my children under a 3 for 1 promotion.The owner of this shop didn't want to sell them to me, even though it was confirmed by head office several times. She even said that I was a "pain in the arse" which is quite rude, she's basically cheating her customers by not abiding by these promotions. Better off going to the Macquarie Centre branch. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Great people always nice. Cookies are amazing and there cheese toasties are to die for. You have the voice of white or brown bread. There are cookies for all people. Cookie cake orders are also available where you can get personalised messages for all occasions and also a suggestions book to help you choose. The world famous chocolate chip cookies are a local favourite and if you want to make sure they have your cookies I would suggest going around midday where they have made the cookies and there is still some left

I ordered a custom cookie cake and they didn’t even make the cake with the letters I requested. When I told the man working there (I assume he’s the owner), he simply shrugged his shoulders and said “this is what we were told”. He didn’t apologise or try to rectify the situation at all.

I have been here many times,great for a break while shopping,staff are lovely great value especially the toasted sandwiches.

If I could post no stars I would, the service was horrible! I witnessed customers be ignored and spoken to horrible!!! What an outrage!
