I went here for a dinner with my family. Our entree's came fairly quickly and were quite good. When it came to the main meals we had to send one steak back due to it being undercooked. The barbecue sauce that was on the ribs did not taste like regular barbecue sauce more like sweet and sour or honey sauce. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant and would much rather go to Outback Steackhouse. Have a try if you like

I went with a pre-booked group. Charged $10.00 per head for a booking. Then, the nastiness from the manager to one of our organisers was to be heard to be believed, a medium rare steak should be pink in the middle not grey.
Food prices were the same as fine dinning in Sydney's top chatted restaurants.
I cannot recommend eating here.

The food was tasty and the portions were large but quite pricey.
There was a glitch with the ordering system and we had to get the attention of a waitress after we waited over an hour for our entrees.
Understand the problem but they should have noticed us sitting for so long with no food.
Pity as we were looking forward to the visit. Also quite a noisy place.

The food wasn't terrible but definitely not nice, much better ribs at Outback or some local pubs such as the Palace at Mortlake. I guess bland is the best way to describe everything, the buffalo wings just tasted like fried chicken with no flavour. The service on the other hand was fantastic, great staff but bad food!

We ordered steak, ribs and burgers. Food was ok, steak was pretty good apparently my daughter loved it. However, the vege sides looked like something from a nursing home, overcooked brown mush which was supposedly beans, carrots and broccoli.

One of our family favourite places. If you want to visit the old American West - welcome to the Ribs Factory! Delicious ribs - the portions are really huge, very nice sauces, excellent choice of beer, you won't be disappointed.I like the decor with all that cowhide and wood that create a very lovely atmosphere.

Yeah not sure what is going wrong with this place some steaks are good but some steaks are really really bad and I think they lack consistency. The prices they are charging for steaks, they should all be 100% best quality but unfortunately they are not.
Staff are friendly enough but I don't think they care about what is serving service was average.
Truly the price thay are charging to eat at an RSL club is absolutely crazy - never again I would rather pay that sort of money In a fine dining restaurant rather than an RSL club. Shame really becusse we like the castle Hill RSL club but the pricing is now arrogant and way way too high - avoid at all cost if you are looking for good food.

Absolutely disgusted with this restaurant I went there with a mate last night and asked the waitress for a table and straight away she said in a rude tone we are fully booked for tonight and there was barely anyone in the restaurant then we spoke to a manager who was very nice and organized us a table we ordered our food and I wish we never spoke to the manager to get us a table because the food was absolutely shocking if it wasn't because we were starving we both said we would have walked straight out that's how bad it was and for what you pay it was a joke charging hatted restaurant prices for worse than bistro food only positive thing about this place with the manager who was very friendly and polite other than that I would never recommend this place
