I had the Bircher Muesli and it was very good. As was the coffee. Despite the wait. They were VERY busy (long queue out the door for takeaway coffees), and deeply apologetic for forgetting to put in my order. They reduced the price considerably which I appreciated. I sat outside with my dog and the staff bought water for her unasked. It's a lovely spot, and the ghost signs are cool. Visit with confidence.

Lovely place for daytime eating and very good coffee. We had the breakfast: bircher muesli and vegan breakfast. See the picture. Lovely old building too, which I learnt from a tourist tour yesterday that was the red light area of Castlemaine back in the gold rush days.

You can count on having a scrumptious brekkie here! I really enjoyed the eggs Benny and the Atlantic Benny and my partner had the big breakfast twice ( yes we came two mornings in arrow 😄) we love Saffs Cafe and the staff are very accommodating, professional and nice!

Very yummy lunch here today on driving holiday from Melbourne. Excellent range of gluten free options and friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Love Saffs. Staff are super friendly and attentive, Coffee is great, all day breakfast and lunch options. You can enjoy indoor or outdoor dining... and they have gender non specific restrooms, which I think is a fantastic reflection of diversity and inclusion. *That said, I think from memory there's a step or two, which might not be as simple for someone in a wheelchair to access... but I'm willing to bet that the staff would find a way to make sure *everyone* was able to feel comfortable, without that being made an issue. They also have high chairs too, and might help you park a pram somewhere it won't be in the way. *You may need to wait for a table.* Be patient. COVID restrictions have hit hospitality venues hard. Please remember that, if you do have to wait, cause it's worth it. Saffs is busy and popular for all the right reasons.
