Went for the afternoon. Staff were slightly uninterested at times, if you weren't a local it seemed. However Harcourt cider on tap, very tasty snacks. Dinner a bit expensive so didn't stay for that. Overall a lovely pub ☺️ Would go again to see if it was just an off day
Had a great time at the Bridge. A terrific tap range with locals and other Victorian independent beers on offer. My only qualm was that we didn’t order food here. Also, the toilets could do with a reno!
Unfortunately another terrible experience, quiet easily the worst steaks I’ve ever been served, no steak knives, told twice but two staff members that they would find some for us, 20 minutes later an apology that they forgot us and that they had no steak knives and walked off. Had dinner here whilst staying at Big 4 Castlemaine just across the road. I had a Parma Deluxe which was very nice. My wife had a Scotch Fillet which was ordered as a medium but was cooked rare. To their credit they replaced it with a new Scotch Fillet cooked medium. So with that in mind I've rated
Friendly staff, great service. Fantastic meals.
