Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Good variety on tap. Meal prices were reasonable and very generous portions. Options for vegetarians and gluten free
We were a group of 9 looking for a pub meal. The staff here were amazing. They were friendly accommodating of our needs and made us feel very welcome. Their hygiene routines were seamless and perfect too. Our meals and drinks were prepared to the highest standards. I cannot recommend this Hotel any higher. We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening, thank you!

Good pub meals but at the price you expect a little bit more.
Great selection of tap beers, excellent service from behind the bar. We had dinner in the restaurant area. Paddock to Plate meal was fantastic.! At $38 it was steak cooked as ordered, fluffy sweet potato mash, vegetables and flavoursome red jus. Live band was ok, $2 pool table, great crowd. Had a great night out.!!
Great meals. We had an extremely large group. As part of the City of Melbourne Highland Pipe Band, we had more than 30 to feed in a short time. The staff were great and got our meals ordered and us fed in an acceptable time. We returned later in the evening for drinks.
Food is usually pretty good although most the dishes are rather on the oily side and come with a basic garnish type salad, no veggies. Meals are a bit pricey and probably won't appeal to kids or picky eaters. Eating area and bar are both beautiful and the staff are lovely
Great generously portioned food and warm atmosphere with nice tap beer selection, good place for couples or friends groups with a larger bistro area and beer garden/smoking area out the back. Highly recommended, thank you to the staff for a lovely night :-)
