Their pizza is not any better than at Domino's. I wanted to pay by cash and the owner didn't have change so I offered to pay by card; he still charged me one dollar commission for that. Definitely not the way to encourage customers to come back.

The italian guy who runs this joint knows what he's doing. The pizzas are consistently of a high quality with great ingredients. They recently did some experimenting which went a bit downhill but they still get 4 stars because they're still really good!

Took over an hour for delivery and was only 5 min away pizzas were over cooked and very oily would not recommend this shop

Terrible pizza, terrible customer service. After a comment on his poor hygiene he literally threatened to kill my mother with a meat cleaver. Was forced to go back since and pizza quality was just as bad.

Ordered 3 pizzas which took over an hour for delivery approx 5min drive away . Pizzas were over cooked & very oily . Wouldn’t recommend

My girlfriend and I walk past this dump ever day and it's pure filth, both the store and the staff. They yell at my girlfriend as she walks past on her own and I've also seen them cleaning their motorbike inside the shop. I would avoid this place like the plague.

I actually like their pizzas - toppings are good and the crust is nice and thin and crisp BUT, the delivery service is absolutely hopeless - several times a delivery would take well over an hour and a couple of calls to find out where it was - to be told "yes it'll be there in 10 minutes" - 30 mins later . . . . ! <br/>I finally gave up on them (and rang and told them so) when after several calls and promises of 'yes, in another 10 minutes' my pizza finally arrived in a little over 2 hours and it was cold - never EVER again! You've been warned!

Meat Lovers 3.5 out of 5. Meat lovers was quite good. Would probably order again. <br/>Didn't use that ham which is sliced into little sticks that pizza hut uses - that's a plus.<br/><br/>Text came through to say delivery would be 45 minutes; delivered in about an hour on a Friday night.

Quality simple pizza. I agree with the few others, I dont understand why people say its terrible.<br/>The bases are hand made, with a perfect amount of toppings, most the people complaining are pretentious twats who critique everything.<br/>Don't listen to them this place is good

AVOID! Unhygienic, bad food.. My family and I read good reviews about this place online so we decided to give it a go. When we arrived we were pretty unpleased with the look of the place. It's incredibly run down but we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt.He did not wash his hands before preparing our food, which was a huge red light for us but we still went through with it. <br/>25 minutes later we were given our food. When we arrived home we realised the camembert cheese on the pizza we ordered was not camembert but cream cheese filled with dried fruit. We presume he had ran out of Camembert so he thought he would replace it with that and seeing as their was no "fruit cheese" on the menu it probably came from his own lunch. Absolutely disgusting. It was also sickeningly oily.We walked all the way back go get a refund and he was unpleasant, we eventually got our money back when we told him he legally has to give us our money back. It's always good knowing your rights!

Do not eat here! I don't review things usually- created Urbanspoon account tonight for the first time after ordering pizza delivery from this place! Ordered a large seafood pizza and garlic bread. Was told 40 mins, after calling once it reached an hour and ten minutes was told rudely it was on it's way and hung up on. The food finally arrived and the garlic bread is cold with solid butter in the middle, so not put in the oven at all. Pizza was drenched in oil, toppings all out of a can on top of what appeared to be soggy pita bread! Revolting, and terrible customer service.

Total rubbish. If you like a pizza of base and sauce, and nothing more, then this is your place. A totally depressing pizza, lacking in flavour and ingredients. A pizza base from Coles would be a superior choice. Best you take your money elsewhere ... Harro's up the road is so much better and definitely understand how to make an excellent pizza worthy of consumption. Naples - forget it!!

Quality Slowly Disappearing. This used to be the best pizza in Caulfield, but over the last 6 months coinciding with their price increase, the quality has decreased. However, I am going to give them the benefit of doubt as they do make a good pizza. Base is made in store and is thin and crispy. They don't have a great range of gourmet pizza but their "regular" pizza can be excellent, unfortunately you may have to put up with an average one or two before you experience their excellent pizza.

DO NOT GO or ORDER HERE. We ordered two medium pizza's and garlic bread from this company. <br/>After an hour and 20 minutes they did not arrive. When we called we got abused by the Owner, the pizzas arrived after an hour and 20 minutes to find no garlic bread and the wrong pizza. Called again and got abused saying we are too busy. <br/>Was so unhappy with them that join Urban Spoon just to rant grrrr

Reallly bad pizza.. Thin, burnt, greasy pizza with very mimimal toppings. This place used to be okay but my pizzas today were rubbish. I definitely would not return here.
