Review Domino's Pizza - Caulfield

Ended up getting some pizzas from Domino’s, so nostalgic 😂. ❤️: Absolutely loved the suuuuper cheesy crust. Must have when it’s still hot so it’s melty 😍🤤. The garlic bread was SO GOOD—soft, fluffy, and buttery! A to-go pizza delivery place. PS. Saw a lot of bad reviews for this Domino’s but my experience was fine. Not sure if I was lucky or what but I was pretty happy with my order!

I was in a abusive toxic relationship with Domino’s. They keep messing things up over and over again and I keep coming back when they give me vouchers. The list of things that happened to me: Delivery: the tracking is really off. You will never know when your pizza will turn up, moreover, sometimes they were left unattended in front. No calls, no bells ringing, nothing. Your pizza could be right in front and you’d never know, someone could take your pizza and you’d never know either. Food: I’m not gonna complain about the taste. It’s Domino’s, I know what to expect. However, they tend to forget a lot of stuff. I can’t remember if I ever gotten my order correct 100% Sometimes it’s something small like they forgot the sauce, but sometimes they forgot the cheese crust, sometimes they forgot the pizza, and sometimes they forgot they entire order. Customer service: there’s no way to actually contact to customer service besides the review box on the website. My problems are usually not solved. Maybe they just ignored it. Sometimes they just give you sides vouchers and call it a day. They only time i actually get a reply back is when they have to refund me after forgetting my order completely. Overall: I used to always come to domino’s for its great value. But being disappointed so many times. I think I’m no longer gonna order from it. Hell, last time I order from them they forgot my cheese crust and they still haven’t gotten back to me about it. Nothing from domino’s is gonna bring me back to them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Your delivery arrived with me 2 hours after I ordered and it arrived cold and uneatable. When called the store said the driver was in an accident and that it wouldn’t be too long, only for it to arrive 1.5 hours after expected delivery time and 50 minutes after phoning the store but I’m only around the corner from the store? Literally 5 mins away? I could’ve walked there faster than your delivery time. Also, when I called the store they hung up on me when they didn’t want to talk! We had to call from different phones so that they would pick up thinking it’s a different customer. You are getting paid to deal with customers so do your job properly for once. We have ordered here several times and every experience is the same if not getting worse. The St Kilda East store is much better because they are prompt. Overall please don’t order from the Caulfield store. Worst pizza delivery experience ever.

WORST dominos in Melbourne, highly request the authorities to close this shop down. The management is disgusting and has no responsibility whatsoever, EVERY time I ordered, the food arrived AT LEAST after 1.5-2hours later, they are the worst food chain I know and should be sued. The delivery system is really disappointing, the delivery drivers always deliver food cold and today all the toppings on my pizza were on the side of the box and all that was left was a soggy crust. I had to throw the whole pizza away. Please don't order from this store. If I could I would give them a zero or a negative reading, even one star seems overrated for these kinds of services.

I’m shocked it’s just how bad the store is. I really do wonder how it still remains open. While Domino’s pizzas are cheap and cheerful, nine times out of ten they get our ingredients wrong. I normally just go with the flow but tonight I called up and politely explained that I was unhappy and asked for a refund. They made a scene about it, provided absolutely no apology whatsoever, and were curt to boot. Please Dominos, teach your staff the most basic customer service. Post script: after posting this, I followed their formal channels to make a complaint. No response what so ever! If the service culture at the top is a mess, then you can't expect the stores to be any better.

Placed an order at 6pm. I understand it’s a busy stormy Friday night but after 1 hour and no update we called to check on our order and were told ‘we’re still making it’. Another hour and a half goes by it’s 8:30pm and we call to find out what is going on. ‘You’re order has been cancelled, we couldn’t find any drivers’ why would you cancel it without telling us? We left our mobile numbers for a reason! We could have come to pick it up if you had simply called. It seems to be a common theme from reading other peoples reviews. I think it’ll be worth going the extra km to the Malvern store, they seem to take much better care of their customers.

Perfectly fine Domino's. Value Pizzas are always a little more disappointing than you expect, but they are crazy cheap. Small little corner shop for this location, delivery bikes stored inside makes the store extra cramped. Staff are friendly and pizzas have been consistent

Great courteous driver, but the food delivered was wrong + public holiday super expensive. I didn't take pics, sorry but I was hungry... needed food. realise now that pics would show how terrible my chicken/camembert/bacon pizza arrived BUT minus the chicken and cheese... I got a lot of spinach and yellow sauce + bacon, but no chicken or cheese. The garlic bread roll and pepperoni snack deal didn't turn up at all. I phoned Caulfield Domino's and a garlic bread roll came from a second driver. still never got pepperoni snack deal or any chicken and cheese on my pizza. I filled out domino's feedback form, and they tried to blame the driver, when the rider/driver just delivers what is handed to them, they're not responsible for what goes on my pizza. And I was charged a delivery fee, plus public holiday surcharge fee at 6pm when I ordered... and it was all wrong, so I imagine people ordering really late tonight will get Snafu of food/delivery dramas

Placed order online and not delivered right order!!<br/>Phoned up and had poor customer service!! Manager didn’t want to fix the problem over the phone and in store!! Tried to phone head office but got recording!! Recording say money back if not satisfied for any reason!! Store manager refused to return money or remake pizza!! I left pizzas on the counter and walked out! I will not ever be returning to them and will spread word of mouth to family/friends not to ever order through Domino’s

I’ve been getting Dominos pizza from here for several years. Happy to say that the pizza has always been consistent. Fast service, very cheap, and decent taste for the price that it is. An easy option for us when we are in need of a quick and simple meal

The friendly neighborhood Domino’s - although not the best pizzas around the Caulfield area, but they were decent enough. And even better if you got a discount code. :)<br/><br/>We have picked up food couple of times which includes;<br/>Tandoori pizza<br/>The Lot pizza<br/>Loaded Supreme pizza<br/>BBQ Chorizo and Bacon pizza<br/>BBQ Pork and Onion pizza<br/>Beef and Onion pizza<br/>BBQ Chicken Meatballs<br/>Garlic Bread<br/><br/>The pizzas were decent enough flavour wise, but the amount of topping on each of the pizzas was quite less and you would end up wondering if you got ripped. Also eating the hot pizzas sitting there is hardly ever possible, thanks to their weird seating arrangement.<br/><br/>Overall I would rate it 2/5.

Had mixed experiences. Only good for when you can't be bothered cooking and want a quick delivery. Especially if you can find a voucher code online. Often when we add an extra topping eg. camembert cheese pizza comes with what seems like 3 slices of it on the whole pizza. Last time we ordered 2 choc lava cakes as a dessert and they smelled and tasted strongly of fish. We did not eat them.

Got delivery from here, very efficient, about $30 for two pizzas, garlic bread, and a litre of Coke. Pizzas arrived still hot, one pizza had minimal toppings but still tasty. Haven't been to the shop front so cannot comment on that.

Just average. If you want a cheap pizza and have the midnight munchies Dominos Caulfield is the way to go. Service can sometimes be slow and i wouldnt be suprised if they forget your order if you ask for delivery. Not like it hasnt happened to me before.

For a dominos chain store, they're alright.. Alway get the vegorama, thin and crispy with chilli flakes, with coupons for around $7 a pizza picked up. For the price they are ok and they are not too sparing with topping like some chains I guess. Not bad at all for what it is.

It is okay.... The only thing I like about this place is the pizza, and it is the only reason why I order from them. Front of premises is always filthy and untidy. Minimal places to park due to the adjoining business. Minimal eating areas and places to sit. Staff have zero manners and respect for their customers. The place does not support Australian job seekers. My advice: Order on the phone or online, ask for the total price, and pick it up yourself. Ensures you get the correct order and that it is fresh. Spend the least amount of time in there as possible. If Pizza Hut made the same pizza that I order from here, I would be ordering from them instead.

Worst experience ever!!!. My food was delivered cold!! I got 3 chicken wings instead of 4!! I ordered 2 dipping sauces that i didn't receive??? I have called the store multiple times and no answer! Worst experience ever, waste of money my food is left here cold! Not happy!!

Very disappointing.... Stingy on the toppings and as usual the pizza you open in your box looks nothing like the pizza on the menu pictures. Never going back and prepared to pay for the quality of Crust

Disappointed Diner. Just placed an order online, which took over an hour to be delivered. When the driver arrived, he politely told me that they had run out of Sliders, so they gave me a chocolate brownie instead - don't you think that a courtesy call would have been made to let me know and give me the chance to order something else in its place. Secondly, the pizza that we did order was cold and basically inedible and finally, I ordered some chips for the kids, whcih were uncooked and very very soggy.<br/><br/>Having called the shop, I was basically dismissed by saying to not eat the pizza and they would do another one - too late! Then he said he would put something on their system so that we could get something complimentary next time we ordered.<br/><br/>We won't be eating Dominos again any time soon! So, basically paid out good money for an inedible dinner.

Terrible experience. Staff there are sneaky little worms. Walked in, ordered the bbq meatlovers which i thought was on sale for $7.95 (advertised all inside the store)... When the pizza was ready for collection and payment i get stung for $10.95 because i didnt specify the the bbq pork meatlover (which is what i thought i was getting). The only difference between the two being extra pork for $3 less??? Should they not have thought to clear this up or recommend this to the customer??? When i brought this up they started laughing and pretty well screaming at each other in their foreign language (indian i think)- never Again...

What a let down. Ordered pizza's a few weeks ago for my kids to be delivered once I was out and when the babysitter was here. The Pizza"s took an hour and a half to arrive and when they did they were luke warm and an incorrect order. Of course no apology from them. The next day I called the manager who eventually agreed to send us our next order free. Of course a month later when I tried to order these they had no record of this !!!!!!!!!!!!! A pain in the backside !!!!!!!!

Got some pizza that tasted like cardboard. I can eat anything but I could not eat these. Terrible place. Never again
