I live locally and have been looking for a place to have a decent Sunday breakfast. This place ticked all the boxs. Coffee was awesome and the food is even better.
This is a lovely place. The staff were friendly and the food & coffee were great.
Best brekkie in the Hunter Valley. Coffee is delicious and the food is even better! Chili jam is an absolute must!!
Had brunch here today with Sue and Den Stallard with Leigh and Di Northey
First visit since new owners took over, very impressed and as the sign says THE best coffee
Went for lunch at the Miller Park Bowling Club location. Excellent job and great effort shown. Outstanding chips. Extremely happy with the meal and more than happy to support local businesses and to stay and eat local. Great job Casey and staff.
Fantastic food and coffee! The new owners have done an incredible job, we will be back!
Short run down:
Serving size was great plenty of food especially with the big breakfast, great variety. Highly recommend the ice chocolate with extra ice cream (3 scoops), consistency was excellent flavour was like the classic chocolate pump milkshakes. Bread was freshly made and eggs were locally sourced, butter was also made there. Highly recommend the bread was soft and tasted great! The peppermint tea was a little mild wasn’t strong enough, recommend asking for extra strength. All in all great service excellent taste and a great experience.

Brunch in the Hunter Valley is a popular pastime. As a result, the good places here get busy very quickly. Simply D’Vine is in a nursery - think plants not babies - so it had an added unique appeal due to its outlook. The waffles looked spectacular. They came with banana puree and maple bacon and it was a big serving. Waffles are certainly a popular breakfast/brunch dish these days and this was a version that looked good on arrival and tasted good too!
Tucked in the back of a garden centre, with mismatched tables and cute tableware it had promise and it delivered. We went here based on a review "best coffee in the Hunter". It was great coffee! The food was also very nice, I enjoyed my avo smash but the big win was the eggs with thick cut bacon and Chipotle. We'd go back if we're back in the area
Brunch at Hunter Valley 😋
The raspberry smoothies here were pretty nice and thick. I ordered the mushroom and poached eggs on sourdough which was alright.
The other dish was thick-cut bacon and poached egg with hummus on sourdough which was nice too. This was probably the better option to the mushroom and poached egg dish.
Nice breakfast and staff. It was expensive but one of the nicer breakfast areas around the Hunter Valley area.
A great little local breakfast cafe in a garden/nursery setting. Eggs Benedict were fantastic as was the scrambled eggs & thick cut bacon with BBQ glaze.
A wonderful lady Val that draws the locals from all surrounding areas of the Hunter.
Worth a visit if f you're in the area.
Best coffee in the Hunter! This cafe is in a lovely setting in the nursery, with indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the menu is a little on the expensive side but boy, it's worth it! The meals are huge and delicious. They're very happy to cater to allergies/dietary restrictions including gluten free/vegan/vegetarian etc. The chef is extremely inventive and the meals are always lovely. Our favourite coffee and breakfast spot.
Fantastic service, great food. It was hard to find a good place inthe hunter for bfast. Very glad we found this place. The Eggs Benedict was to die for...perfect.
