Came here for lunch, Chicken burger & Lentil burger were so yummy and the coffee was perfect! Friendly staff. Overall really nice cafe, will definitely be back!
Great food, fresh, friendly and nice staff, although the food is great, it is cheap. I didn't ecpect to have such a nice fish and chips with such a reasonable price in cesssnock.
Came up to see wineries , lots places closed to eat. Found this little cafe. Excellent service friendly country style. Had home made lentil burger very nice. Wife wanted a salad and they make up a ham salad for her fresh lovely and not expensive. Good little place.
Excellent food, friendly service and good social distancing. Had hard to find old fashioned hamburger, was delicious with crispy chips. Will travel again for half hour for the food.
Excellent service. Clean restaurant. Friendly. Delicious food! The man could not have been more helpful. Dined in and food served to us looked and tasted yummy! The milkshakes and thick shakes were icy cold. Reminded is of our childhood. Thank-you Carousel Cafe!
Ordered a great chicken burger here. Only issue was that I ordered a dairy-free, soy milkshake which had big chunks of ice cream through it. Would still return but not risk it with any dairy foods :)
Good value for money. Homestyle cooking. Been a long time favourite on trips to the Hunter. The burgers are awesome. Changed hands for a while but appears to have the old owners back.
