ALways love the quesadilla's from Mad Mex. They're so tasty, fresh and full of flavour. I tried the Naked Burrito for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and big the portion was.
Staff are friendly and service is quick also. Definitely recommend it for lunch on a day out shopping in Chadstone.
The food was quite fresh and reasonably priced. I had the beef naked burrito. The beef is really tender and flavours are good. Service is quite fast and tables cleared regularly. I like to clear my own table but the bin location is behind the order counter which is poorly planned.
Nachos were good and consistent. Variety of food to choose. Prices were reasonable. Staff were nice and friendly. Service was good and quick.
It was my first time at Mad Mex and I was pleasantly surprised.
We've ordered the Quesadilla with pork and a Burrito with chicken. Both dishes were quite tasty and had the right amount of spiciness to it. Especially the Quesadilla made me feel really full as the serving was quite big.
The sitting area is quite nice too and you get to be off the crowd. Prices are average.
The only complain is the presentation. If you eat in the food is still being served in take-away boxes. It is probably easier for the staff that way. But it would look much nicer and be better for the environment if they used porcelain dishes and metal cutlery instead of plastic.
The food is great so I will definitely come back here.

I love that there are great vegan options. I usually order the Burrito Bowl or Salad. So satisfying.
The Chadstone venue is in the food court, but there is a private seating area, which makes the experience more comfortable.
Definitely recommend Mad Mex while shopping at Chadstone!
Pretty happy with my visit to Mad Mex today. The service was great as the staff were attentive to my requests and the wait time wasn’t long. A good offering of fillings, which is what I love!
My go to every time I’m in the centre ! Super quick and it’s just so filling and fresh. My go to is always the naked burrito with guac and chorizo.
These guys make the best burritoes anywhere. I have eaten here a few times, the burritoes are quite filling. Its rare to see this place empty, for as long as I know this place I think its always had a line which pretty much stretches outside the store.
Like seriously - when you'll see the line - you'll be like: "DAMMM THATS A BIG LINE!!!"

Mad Mex provides quick, fast Mexican food. Their menu is typical Mexican food including burritos, enchiladas, tacos and more.
At this visit, ordered the beef burrito with a side of Tortilla chips with guacamole and a small soft drink. The burrito was packed with flavour and tasted great. The tortilla chips were crunchy and the tasty guacamole definitely complimented them well. The staff were very friendly, I think the manager served me as it seemed he was training staff members at the same time. It didn't affect the time it took to be served at all.
I downloaded the app prior to ordering so that if I wanted to come here again I could use the points I accrued for a future purchase.
The price of the whole meal together came to over $20 which was a little overpriced mainly because it wasn't satisfying and I left a bit hungry still. I don't think the meal was worth that amount of money even though the food tasted pretty good.
This franchise is located in Chadstone's busy food court so it's very convenient that they had their own private seating area instead of having to hunt for a seat in the chaotic food court. Up the serving sizes and you'll be on track for higher ratings.
This is the place to go. The variety and the quality beats them all. It is filling but a little expensive, we had quesadilla which were nice and burritos which were actually filling. We would be visiting this place a lot more often now to try even more

Slightly confusing way to give order. We first decide the food and then bill it up and place the order. Or maybe that's a cultural difference.
Not very kid friendly seating options.
Will surely visit other branches as well. Am coming back for the burrito and churros!
I don’t remember if i have been to any Mad Mex outlet before, although I think I have been to one in city two years back and didnt quite enjoy the food. But on Sunday had lunch at the chadstone outlet. We ordered two naked burrito(chicken and vegetarian) and nachos. I was very happy with the quantity. I found it hard to finish my food. The food tasted really good. Even though there was a huge line, they didnt compromise on the quantity or the quality. Every customer was given attention. I would def visit the chadstone outlet again.

Clean fast service . Awesome tacos & nachos. Great to have a real Mexican food takeaway in chadstone shopping centre . I will be going back definitely & take my hubby next time he is the real Mexican food expert .
Absolutely love mad mex in fact its my favourite mexican one out of them all. There slow cooked meats with there hot hot chilli sauce is a great combo
My general go-to place for a good burrito. I got the beef and black bean and it perfectly hit the spot. Little bit messy but that's all part of the deal. Came back and got he naked burrito bowl with beef and loved it! Would recommend.
I had ensalada with chicken. It was as expected, lettuce, beans, corn, salsa, onion, chicken and tomato. Jalapeño and lime dressing was on the side. It was fresh, pretty tasty and good value for your fast food dollar.
