Great venue. Those who knew the old Bao Brothers days this is another notch up - same style of cuisine but a little fancier. Can't wait for the reopening of bao brothers too - making Newcastle food scene better and better!

Very impressive select and standard of food, lunchtime menu offers some great deals. The flavours are fresh and varied. Service is very attentive and accommodating. Would thoroughly recommend to friends or family. The venue is also really well fitted out and has a very hip Kung fu vibe.
Amazing style of cuisine! I love Bao bread (typically made for Chinese/asian meat buns) and burgers so it's the best of both worlds.
The service was great, however, we left disappointed and hungry.
There are limited vegetarian & pescatarian options and the portion sizes are very small for the price.
We went hoping for a classic Bao Brothers bao bun and ordered the $8 bun off the 'specials' menu, which you can see pictured.

Wow! Best Bao I've ever had. Wonderful flavours, soft fluffy pillow of a bao bun, fresh and delicious. The loaded sweet potato fries are delish too. Thank you for the orgasm guys!
Great food. Quality ingredients, lots of variety for all diet types. Will be back again for sure and will bring the whole family
