Love that this branch has a little outside section with courtyard vibes. All of the staff were so lovely and friendly, from the greeter who was happy to asker a few questions, to the person who took our order to the person who checked on us, everyone was very friendly. Also loving watching the plant

Quality of food is A+!!! Simply grilld burger and the chipotle may dip were soo good and super fresh! The sweet potato fries were tasty but for $5.50 were very lacking! Price doesn’t justify the the tiny amount of fries I didn’t even get through one dip with them!

It wasnt great service today, they forgot the order and than, had to re- order and wait again. The food was ok once we got it but when your with 2 kids you can get a little bit trickier waiting.

Grill'd has the best burger in Newcastle! Food is also very consistent.
