Review Mama-p - Charlestown

I love the raw desserts. I haven't tasted better. The menu is amazing and special touches are noticed and delicious, however, every time I go, the coffee is very strong, and I don't mind strong coffee and find it hard to finish. They use quality almond milk, maybe its the coffee itself? Next time I will order a half strength. A great place and try the raw desserts. They are the best!

I’ve been going here for years on and off when I feel like spending money on something that’s worth it.. A truly beautiful cafe creating awareness around real health/wellbeing.. It always gets me excited as I always walk away feeling content, satisfied and recharged. Whether your just popping in or feeling like taking a seat for a while it’s absolutely perfect. Lovely energy/ambience, delicious healthy amazing creations and a staff that’s attentive, friendly and helpful.The savoury greens waffles are EPIC!!; highly recommend 💥 Their bowls are also divine 🙌 You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t make the effort to check this place out 🤤😌

Brilliant, friendly cafe. The coffee was great & the food was amazing. Best bacon and eggs I have had in years. The smokey bacon was just unreal! We will be back next time we pass through.

OMG first time at this cafe it is AMAZING !!! The energy, the people, the customers, the atmosphere are so beautiful which compliments the absolutely delicious food! I ordered All The Fruit Waffles and it was perfect, just perfect! So greatful to have an affordable cafe with true passion for real food that not only taste delicious but feels so good in my tummy! Don't hold back, rush to Mama-P's. Their homemade foods are ridiculously delicious, brilliantly priced, and located very conveniently next to a car park in Charlestown on the Pacific Highway. You will enjoy every mouthful, I kid you not!

Great place to get gluten free and dairy free food. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free which is very exciting. I got the waffles which were very filling! The staff were very friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The only negative is that prices are on the high side especially on the cakes and slices which is disappointing.

Delicious & Healthy café they serve gluten free, dairy,vegan and raw vegan foods! The portions are generous and they are reasonably priced. They also have raw vegan cakes to die for. I highly recommend the berry little tarts and the macadamia cheesecake. Also they make chai lattes with quench coconut milk or almond milk. So good!❤️

I had one you your chia puddings and an almond (milk) latte this morning. Super friendly staff and great customer service. Coffee was a little burn but everything else was great- will be back! Edited to add- I received a free coffee same as above and had the chocolate granola cup and both were excellent!! Love the wholesome food thanks Mamma- P!!!

Absolutely delicious fresh and healthy food. The waffles were amazing, as were the muffins and raw food treats...love stopping in for a snack.

Another fantastic meal at Mama P’s yesterday. Each meal is so beautifully presented. Later on we ate the birthday cake I’d collected earlier in the day. It was divine - so many elements to it. Really the rating should be 10/5. Why don’t you apply for Coeliac Australia accreditation?

I Visited the kiosk in Charlestown on Christmas Eve & was delightfully greeted before by two friendly staff. I had lots of questions about the menu items, opening hours etc which they were more than happy to answer. Although i wasn't particularly hungry I did try the vegan muffins! They were delicious, fresh & very moist. I can't wait to go back again & try some of the other vegan options!! :)

I just tried one of your cold pressed nectar's and it was so tasty! I love it. On top of that, the blueberry and coconut muffin I had was delicious. I personally love your mission statements and everything you stand for. Mama-P's makes it easy to see how a business can be Eco-friendly with a focus on sustainability. 10/10 would recommend.

So happy to get a great coconut coffee. Was only able to get one in the in the City Centre if Sydney and it didn't rate. Raw sweets, amazing.

We ordered the Banoffee cake for a birthday- hands down best cake I've ever tasted!! Wonderful and caring staff! Highly recommended!

Love you Mama P. I walked in and purchased the Raw Vegan Top Deck Cake on Saturday for my mum's birthday. So scrumptious. Mum left me half the cake and I basically have enjoyed this cake at 3 meal times a day since Saturday. So yummy and actually a little guilt free too. Coffee is amazing too. I think I might go in and buy their coffee beans for my machine later this week.

Bought a yummy large cake today (salted caramel), it survived 3 hrs in a cooler bag with some frozen peas in the car. As soon as i got home my 4 year old had to have some and loved it. So did our baby. No one noticed that someone ate all the decoration off before hand.
