We have had my son’s 5th birthday a couple years back and booked in for my daughter’s 5th again this January.
We couldn’t be happier with how professional and well organised and friendly the staff were.

Staff need to be present more & keep onto the Adults who cant read or think they are exempt from the signage. Remove shoes on play area.. its not that hard is it to remove shoes for the kids??
My kids birthday experience was ruined by a rude staff member today that would not allow my eldest daughter to retrieve a bag of clothes from the car she left behind as my grandaughter had an accident while playing, by telling her that it was not a daycare! The same staff member wouldn't even allow
