Ordered 2 large fries and this is what I was given. Also ordered 10 chicken nuggets, got 9 cold nuggets. Asked for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce, was given 7 sachets of ketchup but no sweet and sour

Just order at the counter. We used the touchscreen ordering, but it didn't print anything, meaning we had to reorder the whole thing at the counter. This happened to other customers too. It seems a common theme at this site. Comple
Not very friendly staff every thing is a effort, no straws or serviettes. Big effort to get them . Not good enough. What happened to the customer is always right. Be polite and smile we pay your wage if not for us no job.
On 6 July 2022 at approx 8:20am I ordered a standard cappuccino.
Coffee was SUPER HOT and absolutely TASTELESS.
I requested another coffee be made. Next cup I got was just loaded up with milk!!!
I walked out in disgust!!!

Orders have been wrong multiple times now- I've had to drive back to the shop after realizing they'd messed up, only for staff to roll their eyes, glare at me and not seemed bothered at
It's maccas, has everything you would want. Only downside was one order of the new crispy chicken wasn't fresh at all. Didn't realise till I got back home so i would advise to check your food before you drive off
Ordered food tonight, the food arrived cold the salad box was squashed as well as the big Mac burger box, plus the chicken nuggets that where ordered didn't receive, this is not the first time this has happened so disappointed.
Used to be terrible with something wrong in every order.. then it got good after being refurbished.. now it's quality is slipping again. Leaving drinks on the counter to melt and warm while making other items. Half filling drinks and fries.
