Oporto - Charlestown - Photo album

I travelled to NSW from Brisbane, QLD with my family and wanted to give them a taste of oporto as I work at Oporto. I told them to cut the whole chicken into 8 pcs while placing the order. When I got my food it was not cut into 8 pcs, I went to staff working at the front and let her know my problem.

Pulled chicken wrappo is really good and fries are alright. A bit pricey, came to$13.95 but it does get you full.

Worst Oporto, I have had multiple problems with this Oporto as they refuse to swap grilled chicken for crispy chicken on my wrap claiming it's a stock take issue, yet every other Oporto I've ever been to has no issues. I even offered to pay more for the crispy chicken and was rudely refused. Manager

Staff were very helpful and both the bondi wrap and chicken wrap were very good.

Your chips are yummy and freshly cooked and you even have chicken salt for them I wish other takeaway stores would do this it's the best idea around , The staff members have been pretty friendly and helpful so far at both this store and Westfield Kotara , I do recommend you guys . Thank you 🤗 Aim

Got a triple filletlast week and the fillets were no bigger than a 50c piece. I think they cut nuggets in half and used those as fillets. Went here again today fillets were normal size but the order was wrong yet again. The staff should LISTEN when the customer is ordering. Very disappointed yet aga
