First of all the ice cream is nice because of the chain famous sea salt ice cream. We enjoyed the ice cream there.
Service, however, is so-so. The people doesn't seems to want to service anyone.

Just as good as the ice cream at the george street store. Really enjoyed the lychee flavour on its own. And as always, love the matcha green tea with the biscuit and marshmallows :)

Was so excited for this place, kinda disappointed.
Don’t get me wrong nice ice cream, but half the toppings weren’t available on the day I went and felt like the girl serving us really didn’t want to be there and didn’t want us there.
I just bought this lavender honey icecream for $4.50. It neither tastes like lavender nor like honey. It doesn’t have any flavour and just a load of sugar. I’ll never buy anything from this store again
This place is difficult to judge. On one hand the ice cream is high quality without a doubt.
It’s light, tasty and unique.
However most flavours rotate and you may not like the flavours that just happen to be on offer the day you show up.

Came here once a while ago. It was good. The service was quick and the prices were decent. As the flavours change all the time, it’s difficult to comment - but I enjoyed my mix of sea salt and the other flavour at the time!
The whole experience is amazing but I suggest you to try the sea salt flavour before ordering it. Not everyone might like it.
