Xin Jiang Handmade Noodle - Chatswood - Photo album

No frills dining, self service. Good portions with reasonable prices. The hand pulled noodles are the speciality. Would not recommend the dumplings here (don’t taste good and many of them over cooked to the point where the skins are served broken!) Check your bill before paying. Have been overcharge
Loved the texture of the handmade noodles. I especially enjoyed the taste of the fried sauce noodles. The taste of stir-fried noodles was just average. The lamb skewer was good quality and very flavorful. Very big serving so both my partner and I had to take home the leftovers.
Disappointing experience, each to their own because this place’s noodles is nowhere near the quality of top hand made noodle restaurants. This is tucked away on top of a building where you have to enter through a small door and go upstairs. Decor is old style to fit the vibe, though I find the plac
Had fried lamb noodles and lamb vegetables naan. Portions were big. Food was delicious. Perfect for a rainy day. Friendly staff too.
Have been to various xinjiang hand made noodle restaurants in the past, this is a pretty good one. The shallot pancake was crispy not too oily or salty. This is definitely our go-to restaurant whenever we want to have handmade noodles. Their food is delicious and great noodles. The kids love the noodles here. Best noodle restaurant in Sydney. Their customer service is very good too. Highly recommended.
The dumplings came out like this… I have no idea how they cooked. We also ordered stir fried lamb with shallots and the meat was dried and overcooked. In my opinion, it’s overpriced. Worst dinning experience I’ve ever had in Chatswood.
