Review Eat Fuh - Chatswood

Order takeaway and I liked they gave me the option of heating the broth up myself. The phó was nice, but probably lacked some flavour, but wasn’t too bad. The Vietnamese salad had great flavour, but probably a little too oily, but good overall. Could probably be one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in Chatswood.

Good food. The combination pho had a good variety of meat and tasted nice. The springs rolls were great and were full of pork while being crispy. The pork dumplings were also nice albeit quite small. The food is also quite small for the price served. A large pho cost is $20 and the entree dishes both cost $12 each, but the springs rolls were great.

Super delicious and huge portions. Ordering was so fast and efficient. Vegan spring rolls were the best of my life

One of the BEST places to eat in Chatswood, especially as a vegan or vegetarian. The prices are very good and the food is tasty and fresh, a favourite of mine for lunch and takeaway. So healthy and good.

Love the Pho here! Theo beef broth is really good. Very fresh and trimmings. Good customer service, staff were very attentive to our needs! Highly recommend to Pho lovers.

Wow ! Amazing broth, soft thick fresh noodles, tender beef combination ingredients... Previous visit was pre-Covid. The place was quiet, $16 is more than what I normally spend for a quick noodle soup meal, but it was the best light broth noodle soup I've had for a looong time, including stay in Hong Kong, possibly replacing my favourite $23 Oxtail Ramen. Got what I paid for yum.

Extremely disappointed with the food - definitely a let down given we rated this place in the past. One of the key attractions were its vegan options and this is no longer a viable option for my family as there were pieces of chicken in our takeaway!!!! The second issue was a slip up in the order. We ordered two noodle salads, one was fine, but the other came back as a rice bowl instead. Not as bad as tricking your customers that something is vegan, but still a letdown.

Went in for a dine in experience, very nice ambiance and easy parking for people coming by car. Ordering was made easy as they have implemented the QR code ordering system good for covid times. The food was delicious and was made correctly as we had some adjustments made to the bowls of pho we ordered. Customer service was good but could use some work, while the food came out promptly we had to ask the waiter for the drinks we ordered. Overall would recommend eating here.

I was in the area for lunch and walked past Chatswood Place. Couldn’t decide on where to go for lunch but ended up in Eat Fuh. We love going for their pho but since it was a hot day I opted for something else. Was so surprised with their chicken! Serving was huge and the chicken was juicy and nicely seasoned through. Great new discovery at an old and familiar venue.

Wow so nice to find a restaurant that knows what yummy food is. I had the bowl of Pho and I did not regret it! I asked for some extra chilli and the staff were so obliging.

Loved this place. It's so nice to visit a place where the food is so tasty. Can't wait to go back.

I visited Eat Fuh a while ago and was hoping to be able to go back and visit soon. Really delicious food. And super friendly staff.

Perfect comfort food for winter time. Tried their famous beef pho and it was amazing.
It was exactly what we needed for the cold day and after not being able to dine in last 2 months.

We will be back for more.

There are people who travel to Marrickville to eat at Eat Fuh. I don't venture out to Marrickville much so when I found out another one had opened up in Chatswood and is closer to my home - I decided to check it out. . Eat Fuh at Chatswood is beautifully fitted out with modern and sleek decore. I admire the painting in one corner. I order a sparkling guava soft drink ($5) and Mr Weekend Food Escapes orders a Stonewood Pacific Ale ($11). The sweet sparking gives me a slight buzz as I look at the menu. Mr Weekend Food Escapes enjoys the delicious craft beer with tropical tones.

Love the broth and the view. Friendly staffs with excellent service
Does My Bomb Look Big In This
As the year winds down, you might be preparing yourself to visit one of those special gates of hell known as a shopping centre. If Chatswood is your chosen spot to abandon all hope this year, consider starting your day with a fortifying lunch at Eat Fuh. You’ll find the attractive third outlet for Huang Nguyen’s former market stall business in The Mix at Chatswood Place. It’s a medium density residential complex, where dining - which includes highly regarded neighbours, Chat Thai - doesn’t look like an afterthought. It’s even got parking, and a high likelihood of finding one on the street if you prefer to avoid the underground variety. Dominated by a curved bank of windows, Eat Fuh is a pleasant place to dine. It’s light-filled and airy, with gently moving woven baskets of real trailing plants dangling overhead. Just like the restaurant name, designed to help Western diners pronounce the Vietnamese mainstay dish correctly, the menu has...

Avoid. We went there when the restaurant was less than half full and took ages to get served. Food took 15-20 minutes to come out and was very lacklustre. Rice with chicken has stodgy rice and chicken was dry, overcooked and bland. Raw beef pho was just meh.
They spent money making the place look nice but with food this bad you’re doomed to fail.

This place is a hidden gem at chatswood. It's difficult to find, but it was a worthwhile.

We tried their beef pho and laksa. And we completely finished them.

We stayed for a while enjoying the wine as the place is great to catch up woth friends.

When you talk Pho, there are a handful of behemoth restaurants that rule the roost of ‘Sydney’s Best Pho’. One of those is the OG Eat Fuh in Marrickville. Spreading their wings, freshly opened for a few months now is the Chatswood Branch a little down the road from Chatswood Chase.

Best pho I've ever had! Got the rare beef fuh.
Service is great!
Portions are very generous. Maybe too generous
It's a hidden gem. Will be back

It was overpriced and the soup was Cold. The staff absolutely needs more training. The taste was average, just like any other food court pho.

I came as large group, so we ordered one of each of the entrees. The standout ones were the 'beef wrapped in betel leaves' and the 'prawn & pork belly papaya salad'.

For mains, I loved the 'fuh noodle soup'. I chose to have it with chicken. The broth was aromatic and I could smell it as soon as the waiter came close to my table. The noodles were silky soft and there was a decent portion of chicken. I also had the chicken and prawn noodle salad, which was fresh and refreshing.

Save some space for the coconut pandan creme brulee, which was full of flavour and good to share.

Overall the mains were a decent size, which is reflected by the price.

Loving this new Vietnamese place in tucked in the quiet part of busy Victoria Rd.

The staff are so lovely and the complex they are in is quite new so it is ver peaceful.

The interior is beautiful with drop lights, concrete walls and a nice large wine feature.

I love the pho, beautiful broth paired nicely with the mint and rare beef.

Their entrees are so yummy and the menu is very creative.

Yummo 😀

Been here a few times and the combination pho noodle soup has been consistently good. Great taste, and they don’t skimp on the ingredients. Overall lovely atmosphere and interior, and the staff were friendly. Would go back to try other dishes and more pho!

Great Pho!! Really nice location and the service is good too.

Will be back often!!

Wife had the noodle salad which was surprisingly really good!!

Generous servings

Beautiful and relaxing interior and friendly service. I tried vegan pho for the first time - the flavour of broth definitely isn’t as strong as your typical beef pho broth but it was still good. Nothing special though. We also got the betal leaf wrapped beef - good little entree.
Vegan Foodie
Ordered the Vegan Pho, waiter brings food confirming that its the Vegan Pho, tasted really good however towards the end of my meal finds a piece of chicken floating. After looking at it more properly find several more pieces, was definitely chicken not something else. Immediately stop eating...

Definitely using the same meat broth for the Vegan pho. Don't go vegans!!!

🙅Don't even bother coming here lol. Poor service and the food wasn't that good. This is unacceptable for the price too ($18 pho and $17 noodle salad), I personally would expect more from this price point.

Let's talk about the terrible service. I got my meal first but everyone else didn't receive their food for 30 minutes (proof with our parking ticket and timestamp of when we got the photo of the pho EDIT zomato isn't letting me attach the photos so here is the link https://photos.app.goo.gl/qZBbz4WQiyqwbuSc8), we were waiting for 2 bowls of food. I am usually patient when orders come late and I reassured people on my table that it would come. We had noticed that they were serving pho to at least 4 tables who came in after us, so after 30 minutes it seemed ridiculous since I had finished my food. We finally asked them and they said forgot to give our order to the chefs because the kitchen is a mess. To me this seems unprofessional as the waitress just shifted blame (I don't know why you would say that to a customer but whatever, more reason not to go here because their kitchen is a mess anyway).

We told them we wanted to cancel and leave since they hadn't started cooking anyway. They were being very persistent on having us stay. They kept reassuring that the chef will cook it and give it to us right away. I really wish we hadn't stayed though but they were being too pushy about us staying.

The food wasn't good either, my chicken noodle salad still had small bones in it. We didn't like the pho broth either. The soup was cold and it seemed like they ran out of broth and put in tap water. (This was probably because they rushed through our order but that's no excuse). Absolute waste of $50. They gave us 3 spring rolls but that doesn't make up for wasting our time and money on low quality food)

If you want Vietnamese in Chatswood go to An Viet instead.

Best pho in the north shore! The broth is amazing, clean restaurant and good ambience, friendly owner and I don't have to go to the west for my pho fix anymore.

Chicken vermicelli noodle salad is delicious. And dumpling is unique and different to other normal dumpling.

In a hot day, a glass of French rose cools down the heat and it is definitely a must try drink.

Great place and great broth!! I am glad a true vietnamese cuisine is here at Chatswood. I don't need to go to west anymore!!

The wine goes also very well with pho, which is amazing!
Chloe
Pho was extremely salty. The flavors were there but once we were done, we had to drink 4 cups of water to have the saltiness go away. The vermicelli salad was good. Price wise it was on the expensive side compared to the portions and other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The service was half half. The waiters were either forgetful or not very welcoming.

A favorite spot for quality Vietnamese food. The staff was very welcoming and sociable. Great location to chill. Very clean and the food is amazing!
