Excellent service, nice coffee and deserts, excellent location at the Chatswood bus terminus. Great to get a quick drink and meal. There is a wide variety of desets and they are very yummy. Very modern and clean. Bus drivers can get a small coffee for $2.50. There is outdoor seating and toilets are at the western escalator.

Amazing dessert bar I discovered near the Chatswood Interchange bus station. Love the traditional flavor of egg waffle, and the fun and smoky dragon breath. Absolutely a good place to go to if you love deserts!

Redeemed a groupon for the dragon breathe dessert ($5.5) and it was a fun experience to breath out cold smoke. The gentleman that served me was really friendly and even offered to replace the dry ice for me since i didnt eat it straight away. Kudos to him! Definitely need to try out the rest of the menu.

We found this place on Internet saying that it was one of the best dessert place in Chatswood. So we tried their speciality from Hong Kong which is the egg waffle. We had flavours options, so we tried the chocolate one. It was yummy. Their coffee was good too. We will be back soon to try their famous nitrogen ice cream. The customer service was amazing, this nice couple was very friendly.

Can’t believe have nitrogen gelato in chatswood and they also make Hong Kong bubble waffle as well , love it. Will come back . Friendly service and nice staff

Dropped by and grabbed a couple of popsicles because didn’t feel like anything with dairy. The mixed berry was alright, had chunky pieces of berries in it, and lasted quite a bit. They do have the sweetest staff though, and were really friendly and eager to help.

Who doesn't love theatrical dessert?! Celsius is one of the best places for it. Their wide range of flavours and desserts will offer something for any weather. It's also conveniently located right night to the train station.

Within the Chatswood Bus Interchange, there are a few unassuming cafes disguised as metal boxes from afar - if it weren't mentioned in online reviews, I would never have noticed these stores. Amongst these cafes is the Celsius Dessert Bar, which offers liquid nitrogen ice cream:. Is Happiness Really Found Here?

The gelato was average I have to say. Not as good as N2. Nice and quiet near a bus stop. Only been there once. I will have to try more flavours.

Third attempt to try this place. First time couldn't find it, it's well hidden away, small kiosk in the middle of the bus interchange. Second time was on a Sunday & they were closed. Third time lucky on a Saturday afternoon. The place was almost deserted, which is such a pity. Had the Salted Caramel gelato with Black Sesame. It was not as visually extravagant as some of the other options, but was very nice & creamy. A bit expensive for the small cup. But will try to come back & try another, just hope they can maintain business & stay open til then.

{ _anne_with_an_e // review }
A little off the beaten track but just around the corner from the main thoroughfare at Chatswood station, is this cute and cosy gelato bar tucked away near the bus terminals. There’s a small selection of interesting gelato choices, which are made to order and constructed using liquid nitrogen. We tried the Big Hero and Monkey Magic flavours. The serving sizes were fairly generous, however the texture of the gelato was quite firm, rather than being smooth and creamy.

Pros // fun toppings, generous servings
Cons // limited selection, firm texture

Food: 3/5
Ambience: 3.5/5
Service: 3.5/5

A liquid nitrogen ice cream bar in Chatswood. There's some good flavours, they change every so often. There's usually a dessert special too. Fun but the ice cream quality isn't the best.

Nitrogen frozen treats seem to be all the rage right now, doesn’t it? And with good reason: the low freezing point of liquid nitrogen makes the ice cream super smooth, and the clouds of vapour provides a dramatic way to watch your ice cream getting made!. Located near the new Chatswood transport interchange, Celsius Dessert Bar has a small range of nitrogen-frozen gelato to choose from, coupled with thoughtful toppings to create a full-fledged dessert.

Liquid nitrogen theatrics followed by a smooth scoop of gelato where science meets desserts. Located just outside the Chatswood bus interchange, Celsius Dessert Bar are open seven days a week from midday until late for your late night dessert fixes.

Yumm!!. Liquid nitrogen gelato yum!! Hard to find but I didnt regret it in making an effort to find it. Made directly in front of my eyes, $5.5 for 2 scoops and $6.5 or $7.5 for 3 scoops (depends on ingredients). I tried a view, my fave was the lemon custard (with sugar net, edible flowers on top and crispy greek pastry balls inside). It was a fine dining experience in a cup. Katy strawberry topped with popping candy was awesome too, brought me back tp childhood. Tried the popcicle, yumm but a bit fiddley once it starts to melt. Staffs are friendly, place looks very clean, decor is fun and make me smile.

Hooray Gelato in Chatswood!. Came across this cool newly opened Gelato place by accident over the weekend and gave it a go. What a sight for soreeye in that sad grey bus interchange. Love the deco and most importantly the instant made to order gelato. I had the princess of persia. really yum and refreshing good quality ingredients. For 5.50 for two scoops and all the condiments, this would be my selection rather than other gelato places which has their gelato probably for days and days! very friendly staff who clearly loves gelato! will be back for new flavours.

Game changing made to order gelato!. MaDe to order gelato with liquid nitrogen ! What a feast to the eye and tummy- Will definitely pick this over regular gelato. My favourite is Sporty dog, princess of Persia and fortune and happiness- the flavours only last for two weeks - hope they bring princess of Persia next time!

Who doesn't love ice cream? I bet if I ask children and adults what's their number 1 comfort food, I am sure I'll get ice cream as the answer.. . Living in North Shore.. I am now beaming with joy and happiness, knowing that we have our own liquid nitrogen gelato bar!!

You can’t go through Chatswood without stopping by at Celsius Dessert Bar! Bring happiness to your day with a little tub of gelato on your way! It’s conveniently located near public transport so there really isn’t any excuse.

Ice cream is a weakness of mine. Delicious...To say I was keen when I was invited to sample the signature flavours of Chatswood’s new Celcius Dessert Bar is an understatement.
Missklicious
I was pleasantly surprised to find out the Chatswood Interchange had recently been transformed with many new shops added. It's such a great idea, as the space was previously not used to it's full potential. One of these new shops is Celsius Dessert Bar , offering freshly made liquid nitrogen gelato. As well as gelato, there's various hot and cold drinks on offer too. The gelato menu changes every month, reflecting what is fresh and in season. Watermelon Splash Watermelon and raspberry sorbet with honeycomb pieces. The Watermelon Splash was very refreshing and fruity, with pieces of raspberry throughout. The honeycomb added a nice crunch and helped to balance the tartness of the raspberries. Tweetie Sweetie This was my favourite out of all four. Tweetie Sweetie has sweet corn and blackberries, which sounded intriguing and I wasn't sure what to expect. The sweet corn was blended into the creamy gelato so there weren't actually any pieces of corn - it did add a wonderful flavour and sweetness though, unlike anything I've had before. Monkey Magic Loved the presentation of this with the caramelised banana on top. Also can't go wrong with banana, Nutella and peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. Coffee O'Clock This espresso, gelato also has candied almonds, Nutella and coffee brittle. One of the coffee lovers out there. Definitely keen to try the popsicles next time and also see what new flavours the team at Celsius will come up with next! missklicious & B attended this gelato tasting thanks to Jen, Cynth and Irene at Celsius Dessert Bar

Celsius has been there for a few days, but due to its poor location we only found it tonight. Liquid nitrogen is a fascinating trick in itself, but the quality of gelato impressed me too. I ordered a Princess Persia, with rose water and lychee gelato, honeydew ice and pistachio. (Or maybe it was rose gelato and lychee and honeydew ice. It was a well-mixed and balanced flavour so I couldn't tell...) So amazing! The friendly staff even wrote 'have a great night' on our cup! I would definitely go back, especially while I could enjoy the 25% discount for students. I'm having a great night. :D
