Poor service , which for a BBT place is normally the go since they can be so busy. However my drink tasted like water . I asked for less sugar and pre sure I got none. Lady didn't tell me adding fresh milk was $1 extra and apparently on the menu it says you can't order less ice if you get fresh milk

Enjoy sitting in with a bubble tea here. The staff are super friendly, and the drinks are great. Just wish I could go every day, but I suspect that would be a bit dangerous for the waistline!

The tea is average, pearls are often over/under cooked and their customer service is appalling; never seen a place with lower morale. When I walk in the barista just stares at me and waits for me to say something. When I ask for my drink she sighs and inputs the order. She is so INSANELY slow. 100%
