Review Sharetea - Chatswood

Poor service , which for a BBT place is normally the go since they can be so busy. However my drink tasted like water . I asked for less sugar and pre sure I got none. Lady didn't tell me adding fresh milk was $1 extra and apparently on the menu it says you can't order less ice if you get fresh milk ? Waste of time and money

Enjoy sitting in with a bubble tea here. The staff are super friendly, and the drinks are great. Just wish I could go every day, but I suspect that would be a bit dangerous for the waistline!

The tea is average, pearls are often over/under cooked and their customer service is appalling; never seen a place with lower morale. When I walk in the barista just stares at me and waits for me to say something. When I ask for my drink she sighs and inputs the order. She is so INSANELY slow. 100% not her fault, every single person working there is tired and bored.

Do not order the p.o.g, whilst my understanding of bubble tea is very limited this was definitely a low tier drink, I tried the kiwi and mango green tea's aswell and my consensus is that sharetea Chatswood is not the place to go when compared to its nearby counterparts chatime etc. On other terms apart from the drink itself the staff was pretty friendly and the building looked clean and modern both outside and inside however I can't seem to get over the disappointing flavour of the drinks.

As a teenager, I am a frequent customer here at Chatswood Share Tea. I will say the wait times can be a little long and the prices can be expensive if you buy a lot. However the quality of the tea is excellent. Some tips: • When buying from share tea make sure to request less sugar (if you find things overly sweet then no sugar) • Be prepared for a line as share tea is usually busy

Great staff. Sincere services. Make sure you try the Thai milk tea it's one of the best!

This store has single handedly ruined the Sharetea and bubble tea experience for me. I'd say i've been to this store around 10 times over the past year and there's generally a 50/50 chance of something going wrong. The employees genuinely do not know how to act in any sort of mannered way and don't understand once they've made a mistake but instead try to pin it on you, the customer. Today is the last time I'm ever going to this Sharetea as the employee left a hair in my drink. Despite trying to be optimistic and believe that Sharetea wouldn't do me wrong repeatedly, I am consistently left with disappointment and fury whenever I travel to this store.

Avoid. Order a honey dew green and the guy name will. Give me a honey dew milk tea will not let me change and make me paid for another one. Seriously worse experience ever.

I ordered a Large Taro Pearl Milk Tea - which cost me $7.50. The tea was powdery and tasted faint, and was also much more expensive than Chatime and 85°. Moreover, the ratio of pearls to milk is disappointing. I will not purchase boba from here again.

Strings of hair in the pearls in my drink. I had to threw it out and can still feel them in my mouth. I think that says it all and Zomato doesn't have to make me write 140 characters.

I usually order Oolong Milk tea with pearls -- half sugar, no ice. I can definitely enjoy the taste of tea with Sharetea more than the other milk tea shops

I know we're in Chatswood, but not everyone speak Mandarin, and because I ordered in English I almost ended up with something different to what I wanted, luckily the second staff in the background picked it up & came ask me again. The tea itself, Assam black tea with pearls, was ok. They charged 60cents for pearls instead of 50 from other tea chains, but I don't think there were that many of them. Sticks to Chatime next door.

This review is for the fruity teas with no sugar. In terms of flavour, the teas are pleasant but somewhat watery. It's not clear if this is a result of ordering no sugar, but I would hesitate to return because the serve of toppings they gave wasn't up to my expectations. I requested double pearls which cost me $1.20 on top of the drink. Their double pearls is significantly less than a typical single serve of pearls at Chatime which is 60c. Gong Cha is also more generous than this.
Pearl lovers stay away! At least from the one in Chatswood anyway. Way too expensive for what you get.

One positive piece of feedback though is that they have the ability to customise sugar and ice levels to a greater degree than Chatime.
