Been coming here for breakfast over the past few months food is always lovely coffee is good and the staff are very friendly - tried lunch on new years eve and again a great meal the burgers are a must try here you will not be disappointed!!
I've been coming almost everyday now as I work just up the road and the service of the staff is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing! They know my name, my order and they always greet you with a big smile! Even the chef comes out to say hello!
The food is amazing and the range they offer is fantastic.
A must-have is the Green Matcha lattè!

My Son & I had lunch at this amazing cafe! The mixed grill was enormous and the best I've ever seen and tasted! What followed was the legendary Tiramisu pancake! Has to be seen to be believed! The service and the food was of such quality and quantity, and was deliciously and lovingly prepared and served with the staff's big generous hearts!
I visited a couple of times during my family holiday to Melbourne over Christmas and new year. On both occasions the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The cake selection was amazing and my youngest son and I especially enjoyed the ‘crazy shakes’. I would definitely recommend

I had the lovely and very authentic falafel plate, served by the lovely staff. This was the perfect light meal to fill up on before hitting the beach for some sun and a swim. Looking forward to heading back to try the rest of the menu.
Super friendly staff, Monster shakes were colourful and a great treat for the kids. Yummy food and coffee, with a small selection of GF options. Will be going back for sure

The staff were all so nice, been there twice now. The Food is awesome. First time had the avocado on toast, second time had the eggs Benedict. Customer service is bloody brilliant, they remembered me the second time I came in. They do breakfast in an exceptional way :)
We discovered this place by accident. We were in the carpark out the back and went in and were told the cafe extends all the way to the front. We walked through and saw an outdoor area in the middle and a cafe area at the front. I had the trio of dips and chose the eggplant, olive and tzatziki dips which all tasted home made and delicious. My companion had the felafel wraps which she enjoyed and a berry smoothie. The spice chai latte was a bit too sweet for my taste but very well presented with real spices. A well presented and friendly cafe. I am going to return for those dips!!! mmmm yum.
A really lovely experience had at this cafe (went there on the recommendation of a friend). We had the middle eastern big breakfast and some other Arabic side dishes, of fool (beans dish) and fatteh (chick pea dish). Everything was so fresh and so delicious. Service was a little slow (as they were really busy) but so friendly and generous. The owner came out to clarify our needs and also gave us some complimentary sweets to try.
These days there are plenty of cafes to try and plenty of places with good food. I guess the difference here is the staff prioritize your comfort at all times. They were happy to have us get our coffees and sweets in the outdoor area after we enjoyed our breakfast inside...and very apologetic for the delay in food coming out. We will definitely be back!
This restaurant has food made fresh and always presented with the extra pizzazz that you rarely see. Staff are warm and friendly. The best coffee in Chelsea and my favourite place to eat. The only down is no heating in Winter.
Every food experience I have had at Bubbly Beans, has been amazing. The staff are lovely and the food is tasty, fresh and great value. Coffee is great. The middle eastern breakfast, falafel wraps, meditteranean burger to name a few. Love Love Bubbly Beans and a great asset to Chelsea Beach.
Would like to start this review off by saying the staff here are so lovely. Dropped in over the school holidays and staff where happy to have a chat with my daughter and a laugh.

We always come here for coffee on the weekend, and sometimes sweets and lunch too. The coffee is amazing and the staff are all so nice and hospitable. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
Had lunch at the Bubbly Beans Cafe today. A hidden gem in Chelsea. Amazing staff, fresh food and beautiful decor. Had the mixed grill and falafel wrap, fresh and beautifully presented. Will be coming back for the Mediterranean breakfast and fatteh.
Love this place! Bubbly Beans is one of our local cafes and the food and service are impeccable. They're also super kid friendly can't wait to see their friendly faces this Saturday for our latte and baby chino.
I can’t understand why this place has gotten some bad reviews!? My husband and friends go here often for brunch/lunch and it is amazing! The staff (family owned) are so lovely and accommodating, and the service is great. The food is lovely and portion sizes are so generous I don’t remember finishing a full meal! There are always heaps of people dining here, and they have lots of regular customers. The cafe is exactly what chelsea needed when they opened up! Definitely worth checking out.
My sister and I took our dad out today for brunch . The food at bubbly beans was outstanding - make sure you choose the traditional Lebanese menu . The service , however, was above outstanding. It was a freezing cold day - they offered to help up get our father who is severely disabled in even though there were many reasons not to ( steps etc). The staff went way beyond the call of duty - explaining the menu and how to eat it . We will definitely be going there again.
Fabulous Cafe ... super kid friendly in the fact the staff were caring and generous with their time so us mummas could enjoy our lunch! Food was fresh and delish and service was impeccable, and all for very reasonable prices. Highly reccomend.
Busy middle eastern inspired cafe with helpful efficient staff and delicious food. Coffee was great, extra hot and just as I ordered. Omelet was tasty, loved the middle eastern spices on top; highly recommended and we’ll be back for sure.
We had brekky here and I was impressed with the generous serving size & the reasonable prices. It was also good and fast customer service. The poached eggs were also cooked perfectly. We will return for sure.

Beautiful decor, friendly service, simple tasty food with extremely generous servings - I really enjoy dropping past this cafe. The burgers are another level - make sure you don't eat all day before you attempt one. Coffee is smick & home made slices just top it all off. Lovely little addition to Chelsea!

Top service, thanks ladies. From the moment I asked to see a menu until we paid the bill you couldn't fault this place. Tastefully decorated was initially what attracted us, the fact we could sit outside with our dog was a plus and our puppy enjoyed a lovely big bowl of fresh water. The service was thoughtful (ice in our tap water ). The food was delicious to look at and eat..perfectly cooked eggs on avocado smash. Coffee was great. ..and the juices were out of this world. Give this place a go... it truly was a great way to start the day.
