Review Pretzel World - Cheltenham

Very aromatic, fresh, delicious pretzels. I couldn't walk past that smell, which wafted all the way up the three shopping centre levels. They make the pretzels fresh in-house and you can tell. The Cheese Jalapeno pretzel had plenty of juicy, fresh jalapenos. The Moscow Cream pretzel was smothered in icing and had lovely bite to it. Great value too! I'll definitely be back!

The pretzel from pretzel world reminds me of what i’ve been missing. It’s been so long since i’ve had pretzel, and an actual good one, this one was it! I only tried one of their flavors, but they have many more options that I must try next. So I will definitely be back for more 🥨😍

Had an ABSOLUTELY orgasm worthy pretzel tonight!!!!1!! Was moseying about southy and was upstairs from pretzel world and could smell the DECADENT smell wafting up the stairwell. I don't know what came over, but I could feel it in my waters, I needed some doughy freshy pretz, OR I WAS GOING TO GET VIOLENT. Time was of the essence, I was a woman overcome with hunger. The escalators were too slow, so I abseiled down the edge of the balconette. #Parkour. I made it to the the storefront, It was beautiful. The maroon platicky grease trap asthetic, had me yearning for a decade of which I can't recall. The cashier was totally accomodating, which is a hefty task considering I was foaming at the mouth and sweating like the pits of hell at this late stage. "How are you so gosh darn professional?" I pried, to which he replied, "These pretzys are so fresh and salty slay, this is defo not my first rodeo (;". The options for plentiful, and the selection process was lengthy but necessary, and a settled for a plain pretzel, basic but we love her for it. IT MADE ME BUST. Tasty prussy. 10/10.

Some new team members here recently as we come out of lockdown. Always has been fantastic and remains unchanged. Great quality pretzels. I love the ham and cheese and the american cheese dog - a hot dog wrapped in pretzel dough with cheese!

I've been going here for the past two years, and my oh my are they great! The pretzels are always fresh and doughy, and they'll even make them fresh for you if you ask! The owner is always smiley and happy as well. Excellent customer service. There is a bit of a wait if you ask for them fresh, but a small wait is definitely worth the warm doughy goodness you receive! Awesome place, I love going here.

My son and I have been coming here since he was little. Super lovely family running this franchise. We love these guys and their pretzels!

Must try the ‘Moscow Glaze’ best place to treat yourself after a day of shopping. The employees are amazing with fast service. I always go to pretzel world and buy some for the rest of the family!

E: They say that the sense of smell is the first sense that a baby develops in the womb. However, on a day my brother and I hiked all the way out to Southland Westfield, it was smell that was the very sense that lead us straight to Pretzel World.<br/><br/>Coming down the nearby escalator, our noses were met with the most glorious scent. It was warm and smelled like a bakery freshly opening in the morning with the aroma of freshly baked goods streaming out of the oven. We looked around, guided by the buzzing sound of a long line of chirpy customers (the second of our senses) to direct us to Pretzel World, and our eyes -the third sense- landed on the stand.<br/><br/>As we approached, we were met with the most delicious-looking variety of pretzel flavours and we deliberated which we were going to try. Should we go for savoury? Or sweet? What about a pizza pretzel? Perhaps a cheese pretzel? A chocolate-covered pretzel? The choices were almost too overwhelming, but we decided on the Dutch Chocolate. <br/><br/>Greeted by a lady who was excited by our choice (almost as excited as we were), we watched intently as another staff member covered our warm-and-soft-and-fresh-out-the-oven pretzel was drowned in melted chocolate and covered in hundreds and thousands (10/10 service, just for drenching our pretzel in toppings, by the way). By now, we were absolutely salivating. <br/><br/>As it was time to eat, the fourth sense of Touch was an experience in its own. My fingers were drenched in chocolate and met with the warmth and softness of the pretzel within. And finally, it was time for the fifth and final sense to come into play - taste. And god, it was absolutely delicious. The chocolate was gloriously rich in flavour, dripping and warm and so very- Dutch. The pretzel itself was so fresh and soft and I wish I could eat it all over again. Can you tell I’m a sweets girl?<br/><br/>After my experience at Pretzel World, all I can say is that I wish there were more chains closer to home. Actually I don’t - I’d easily eat the whole stand without a second thought. I suppose its 100% worth the 1 hour drive out. It’s the smell of the pretzels that gets to me, tempting me every time I go to Southland. I can even smell it from 1 floor above the shop! My usual order here is the Italiano pretzel, it’s toasted warm, the dough is soft and flavourful with pizza sauce. The perfect snack to get if you’re feeling a little peckish. Unfortunately price has increased since I first purchased from pretzel world.

You can see the chefs preparing the dough fresh every day and the smell in that part of Southland is amazing. The dessert pretzels are the best, especially the cinnamon sugar. It's simple but lets the dough shine, which is light, fluffy and soft!

The pretzels are nice and large and chewy. My favourite is the jalapeno and cheese one which is spicy and savoury. They are kept warm in the bain marie so they are warm when served.

My guilty pleasure whenever I visit Melbourne is the Columbia Cookie pretzel. They are consistently well-made, just a little hard to eat while walking around and doing your Christmas shopping. However the sticky fingers are worth it.

You can choose pretzel from the counter, or ask fresh one and it comes around 5 mins. My son and I were satisfied the taste. They make pretzel with not fly, but bake.

really poor experience with the staff which was a old woman, she is rude and cold otherwise, i can see the inside of the store when i was on level 2, the inside of the store is really dirty. i won't go there anymore. it is gross!

I like their cinnamon pretzel, their service is pretty quick and nice. They keep their pretzel consistently good through times. Other than that, pepperoni with cheese is also nice

Fresh Pretzels are the best! Always ask for fresh! What a great Idea to have both savory and sweet options! All the flavors are pretty delicious!

They make their pretzels on the premises so nice & fresh. A very busy place so turnover is good. The European garlic is nice, so is the pizza topping. Pictured here is the cheese and olive which is ok except more olives would be nice. The sweet ones are nice too. Good for a snack with coffee.
