My husband and I went there for our first visit last night. If I could give more than five stars, I would. We had a terrific experience with absolutely exquisite food! The restaurant has a warm and rustic environment, and the staff is very efficient and attentive. The food was incredible - I highly recommend the gnocchi. We also had the tagliata, lamb ragu trofie that were superb. We finished off with the freshest and best tiramisu I've ever tried - all just delicious! All in all, incredible restaurant, brilliant chefs and food, excellent service on all floor - thank you for a beautiful experience! Will be back for sure :)

Food was lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful and the venue is done up very nicely to create a great atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

My husband, being part Italian, tends to not like eating pasta out because it’s never quite ‘right’. This place was amazing. Yes, basic atmosphere but the food was great. Saucy pasta, simple pizzas with great ingredients. If we lived closer this would be our regular!

Fantastic contemporary Italian, big city quality. Highs marks for quality of produce, attention to detail, subtle flavours (not overdone or too rich), generous portions and attentive service. Staff seem well trained and really care. Highly recommended for your visit to Clare Valley.

Great experience. Food was very nice and wait staff very friendly. I booked through Google and had a confirmation email but they didn't have me on the books. Wasn't a problem but something to be aware of.

Starting with the warm acknowledgement and welcome complimentary prosecco, we knew we were in for a special dining experience in the Clare Valley. Delicious garlic pizza bread and king prawn entree, the swordfish with the authentic napolitana sauce with olives and capers was sublime. Potatoes with the olive tapanade were out of this world. Great service and historic atmospheric setting was a bonus

Tasty authentic pasta, will get better with added meals like pizza and daily specials in time. Service can be improved, with more welcoming invitation but as a new restaurant a lot of potential and the kangaroo ravioli signature dish is certainly a must try! The atmosphere as a venue is definitely a beautiful spot.

I really like this restaurant, while some might think the menu is a bit limited, you couldn't go wrong with any of the options. The kangaroo ravioli is s winner and make sure you leave room for dessert.

Just loved everything about this place. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food delicious & a very nice wine list. We’ll be back to try more of the menu.
