No interaction with my mum staff just sit there don't even speak 121 care what a joke. Unexplained bruising the list goes on. Made so many safeguarding referrals

My Dad Ernie was admitted to Bradwell Hall last week. I was so worried because I had worked in nursing homes myself and Knew some staff I had worked with were not like myself, careing. I can not praise the staff and care enough. All staff go out of their way to make sure each individual is looked a
