Review Grill'd - Clarkson

I absolutely love Grill'd and, despite their amazing burgers, unfortunately our orders are never done correctly - either missing ingredients or not removing items that we requested. Thankfully they always get my Gluten Free bun correct but there needs to be work done on attention to detail.

Ordered take out tonight- waited over 20 mins only to be told the food was ready they just forgot to call our name- felt food it was almost cold so had them make it again. In total 40 mins of waiting for three burgers and chips when we pre ordered already… When finally given order they got sauces wrong and forgot drink. They did apologise- but didn’t offer any discount or free drink which would of been nice since they messed up twice. I work in hospitality- I know it can be hard but 40 minute wait time is ridiculous and saying sorry isn’t good enough at that point. Food was fine.

We walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged, the guy behind the till just looked blankly at us. We weren’t shown to a table so just walked over to one and sat down. It was freezing in the restaurant and I asked if we could shut the door when we ordered, but the same guy said they wasn’t allowed to shut the door unless the weather was really bad, so we all had to sit in our coats. Our food was left on the side for a while and the same guy lent over to use the phone, and his belly draped on one of our burgers, it was an ugly site. When we eventually got our order it was cold. It tasted ok but that was the only good thing I’ll take away on this experience, for a premium priced burger the service was abysmal. Doubt if I’ll go back here again.

They do the best vegan burgers. Staff are always so friendly. Sometimes the tables and seats are a little dirty when we want to eat though.

Best quality burgers in Clarkson / Mindarie area. Staff remember who you are and address you by name. Great, fresh quality food. Not too crowded. Very pleasant atmosphere.

We got the vegetarian Garden Goodness burger and the mini bites from the kids menu and we were obsessed. My burger was amazing, was full of salad and the vegetable patty was beautiful. My brother had the mini bites and he is so fussy and was obsessed with them saying “this is the best food ever”. Presentation was and customer service was great.

Being vegetarian its really hard to eat out. I tried the vegan burger which has the beetroot and sweet potato patty. So goood!!! Also I love the magazines, they always have magazines about design, art, food and current world events!

Tasted amazing and served beautifully. Will definitely come back again.
