Very disappointed. Went to the drive through and got a large meal double quarter pounder. When I checked the contents, found out that the fries are only filled half. I politely asked the staff to kindly top it up. She said no we can’t and waved me off. Very sad.

Never too old to have happy meal... for friend's 43 birthday lol... location, environment, cleanliness are excellent. Quite a few cops come get meals, feel safe in the area. The only thing was disappointed is the chicken wrap, the paper stick to the wrap, unable to remove it.

Not a good McDonald's for drive through by a long shot. Twice I've ordered through drive through and asked for extras in my burger and twice in a row they screwed it up. Not to mention it was on a quiet night so I'm very disappointed in the service. Word of advice when ordering from here is to ALWAYS, ALWAYS check if you got what you asked for before leaving or driving off. Otherwise pretty decent

It took them 40 min to make our order ready and by the time our order was ready the coffee and hot chocolate turned cold, Although food was ok, but was cold, I had to heat it up again in at home. Barista was good she made the coffee ready in time but the other server was very slow even barista was telling her to complete the order she was struggling to understand and get things right.

basically we went through drive-thru and ordered large fries. when we pull up at the first window it says large sprite and we kept on telling the guy that we ordered large fries.. he did not seem to understand or know what large fries are, so he goes and gets someone else and we say large fries to which he replies “don’t give me attitude”. we do not know what he was talking about so we asked and yes we were growing frustrated with them because all we wanted was large fries. the fact that the workers were arguing with us when we didn’t do anything. we should be super mad that they didn’t know or understand what large fries are, so yeah, extremely incompetent people

This branch of McDonalds is quite near to my university so this is my one of the best hangout spot with my friends especially during the exam days.

Slow service and average coffee compared to other Maccas. Not impressed how my coffee didn't come with a monopoly token. The coffee was more than $4 but a hash brown is like a dollar something and you get a monopoly token with that... It doesn't make sense.

Service is always great, workers are very prompt around lunch and giving decent customer service.<br/>However, burgers aren’t that great! They put one pickle in one burger and its mostly the bun andnot the filling.

Worst McDonalds ever! Waited in the drive through for so long! All I ordered was a large chips and an m &ms McFlurry. Took about 15 minutes to go through.

This McDonalds is a hit and miss - sometimes the food is piping hot, freshly cooked and flavourful - sometimes the food is cold and stale. They say all-day breakfast but if you order breakfast in the afternoon or at night they will give you re-heated leftovers from the morning. They sometimes also forget to give you sauce for nuggets so check before you leave if you order from the drive through!

Worst maccas in Victoria, bad service and crap food. All the staffs and even the manager or owner are bad tempered and always wearing an angry face, very u friendly service. The food they delivered is always bad too, over cooked fries and cold nuggets. The shop is always messy and dirty too.

The very un-McDonald's burgers are awesome! The bun is crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside, beef is smoky and juicy while the sweet chilli sauce is banging!
