Absolute winner - love this place!! If you have ever sampled “real” French pastry then you will not be disappointed....flakey, buttery & worth every cent. I find the prices pretty amazing for the quality you recieve. Small family owned business driven by real passion & so lucky to have it in the Redlands :))
Absolutely the best coffee! I go out of my way almost every working day to pick up my midmorning fix. The sourdough bread... the best I've had. This place is a delight, the staff just gorgeous and quite simply a little piece of France right here on our doorstep! It's the simple things in life that make it so good!

Wow great little bakery staff are really welcoming.
I picked up a pork and fennel sausage roll. ..it was to die for beautiful flavour and full of quality ingredients well worth the price.
The fruit bread is also well worth tasting. Will definitely be back.
If you need coffee and a pastry or frittata or salad then this is the place to go.. Wonderful service and their food is just to die for plus they do inspirational work with local charities... happily recommend..
You can tell each item is made with skill and care. I'd say this is my favorite pastry shop in Brisbane area so far. I've been in a few times now and each time is incredible. Owners are friendly and wonderful (Erin does the coffee and Michael does the pastries!). It does get really busy and they sell out quickly so make sure you come early or call in to reserve your order. Highly recommend any of the pies, rolls, and croissants. I also ordered cupcakes from them before and they are decadent and delicious. Prices are reasonable in my opinion because you get huge portions. Note that there is very limited seating outside so first come first serve.
Amazing customer service, fantastic coffee, aromatic and delicious breads, and pastries to die for. Michael is always trying new things and never lets me down, and Erin always makes a perfectly hot coffee. Reasonably priced as well. This is the best cafe in the Redlands!
Great little addition to the bayside, it’s great to be able to get traditional pastries done right wether they are sweet or savory they are all exceptional
Fifteen or so years ago we had an authentic french style bakery in Cleveland owned by a young Vietnamese couple. Sadly it closed after only one lease because they couldn't compete on price using real butter and quality flour. A visit to La Bouche today reminds me that it takes great passion and enthusiasm together with the best quality ingredients to create their mouth watering products. These bakers deserve local support. Close your eyes when you first bite into their pastries and beautiful breads, and you might just lose yourself and cast your mind back to sitting under a striped canvas awning on a French footpath. Fantastic service. Staff are very friendly, the food offering is amazing. There is always something new to tempt the taste buds and coffee is quick.

Noticed this French patisserie for a while and eventually got time to explore it last Saturday. Located in a hidden position of a small shopping village but this does not stop the traffic flow. When I arrived, there were already two cyclists stop by and ordered their favourite pastries. My gaze was browsing around and found that their displays are gorgeous. It is slightly hard for me to make my decision and finally I followed my usual preference of Croissant with Jam and a flat white. Service was very good and one of the staff even advised me to take a seat outside first and she would bring along the coffee to me later. Took a seat and looked at the croissant with separate small bottle of jam. My gut feeling was that I got the right place to have another unforgettable croissant. Indeed, it proved that my feeling was right, it was so airy and layered that perfectly matched with the jam. No wonder I saw some people came for whole tray of orders for take away (I believe they must be other cafes' owners). Oh! I nearly forget about the coffee, they did make a good coffee with strong flavour and so I urge Diana (our coffee queen) and Joe (our coffee king) to come and explore this store, I guarantee that it won't let them down. Overall, I have to give them 5/5 due to the good service, food croissant and good coffee. They really made my day. Thanks for the team.

Simply amazing! Michael and the team do an amazing job with all of their pastries. The coffee is better than anywhere else around the Redlands.
If you haven't been to experience this yet, it is definitely worth getting there early so you get to pick from the selection each day before it is sold out.
They even do pappuccinos for our Labrador, so the whole family loves to go and visit.

Friendly service and delicious treats! I tried the cinnamon scroll and a coffee. The scroll was flaky and had a soft centre with a sugary icing. Lovely coffee. Want to go back to try some of the savoury options. The pies look great!
100/100 🥐🥖💖 French Croissants, pastries, quiches, pies and sweets… They all are amazing and worth to try! Highly recommend to travel in the early morning to get what you want before sold-out!!!
Wonderful pies and pastries, great coffee. A pity it has only take away and no dine in option. They would do extemely well in a quieter location away from traffic
Luv this little shop. Tried their Butterscotch white chocolate croissant, Chicken Leek pie and Wagyu Beef sausage roll. The croissant was good. Pie was delicious. Staffs were nice and friendly.

Fantastic coffee, fantastic service and absolutely love the range of offerings. We love trying the new speciality products La Bouche comes up with! The recent Dragon fruit Croissant was so pretty with generous amounts of fresh custard and pink pink pink! and the ricotta bee sting the following week was a fun combo of flavours with the most perfect almond florentine omg the crunch was DEVINE!
Everything is always fresh and packed with flavour, get in early because they sell out quick and there’s always a line up on a Saturday morning for the weekend treats!
Absolutely divine, amazing sélection, awesome customer service. Its like having a lil slice of france right here in oz!! Super highly reccomended
