Explored this café a week's ago. Agreed with Coffee Lover that they served a good coffee with Delamauta brew. Importantly is the very friendly service. Besides my flat white, I order a slice of Mango & Coconut bread, which was soft in texture with lots of shredded coconut on top and within texture. However, I could not taste any mango flavour but the overall was not bad. Location is not eye-catching, hopefully, their passions would make the key to success. Cheers!
The Coffee here is seriously great! Their supplier is local roaster and it is absolutely devine. The staff are so friendly and happy to help with anything you may need. I love their breaky roll, it has an amazing combo of aioli and relish with a perfect runny egg, bacon, spinach and red onion on a fresh Turkish bun. This café is a must visit for anyone in the Redlands!
Great place. Happy people. Good parking. Lady checked if I needed anything else. Free mentor on the table was really nice especially when I have to do a kids magic show next.
Nice but......... We had a lovely breakfast this morning. My husband had a generous serve of tasty savoury mince and my breakfast roll was delicious. Only one thing that really annoyed me was my husband ordered a coffee and I ordered a chai tea (both very nice) but when I asked to start up a loyalty cards the girl behind the counter only put one "click" on the card. I asked why she didn't put 2 because we ordered 2 hot beverages and she said it was only for coffee. We are regular coffee and tea drinkers and this is the first time that I have been refused on. A loyalty card.
Great coffee, nice guys. Great coffee here, and nice staff. Highly recommend this for your coffee hit in Cleveland/Ormiston. Good menu also. Top stuff.
Best place around Redlands. I've been here 4 consecutive days. Have been wanting to try this place for months but my partner was afraid that it would be too expensive.
The first time we went there, kitchen was closed at 2.15pm. So I was determine to bring him there earlier.
The next time we were there, we paid around $25 for 2 cups of coffee and 2 awesome great sandwiches. For the same price, we could probably only eat for 1 in coffee club(to compare with)
Staff is always friendly, very helpful if you have difficulty making up your mind.
They have different variations when it comes to sweets too, unlike most brisbane coffee places which could not bother making home made sweets and just decides to buy from the same supplier and put up a high mark up price. Most of the time, the cake has been stale.
But DL coffee has a couple of sweets that would just makes you drool..

Kiwi's do coffee best and DL take me back to the land of the long white cloud, I just wish that they had re-branded to a name I could pronounce which would make it easier to tell other instead of "the coffee shop on Gordon St". That said, this is our favourite coffee haunt in all of Brissy by a long way
