The Mango is a super local cafe. The team get to know you quickly and provide great service.
The menu constantly changes but always has the core breakfast must haves. You have to try the bacon and egg roll.
Favourite cafe on the strip, great service, friendly smiles, best Mexican burger ever, loving dropping in for a feast and nice coffee, recommend to all my friends and family !

The coffee and acai bowl are a great way to start your weekend! Although seats are limited, it is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. The staff are attentive and food orders are quick which I appreciated. You must also try their smoothies as they are so refreshing!
Went to Green Mango in Clovelly for something to eat for breakfast. I ordered a brekkie wrap of scrambled eggs, bacon, and tabasco sauce. They also added cheese for me. It was on a green wrap and quite big and pretty tasty. I also got a takeway tea which was also good. Service was fast and staff were friendly. Open early and you can sit inside or out. A range of pre made foods and brekkies and lunch options to order.
This reviewer was encouraged to try this establishment by previous reviews, especially one esteemed gentleman that claimed all the staff were "hotties". Frustratingly for the advancement of women's non-objectification, my GF and I both agreed that he was accurate AF. Let's just focus on the fact that the service was delightful and disarming.
The food is definitely the best in Clovelly. I know there isn't a lot of competition, but this place is still the standout in the area. The bacon and poached eggs were tremendously tasty.
Coffee is also very good. My mocha wasn't too bitter or too sweet, like a slightly jaded 27-year-old childcare worker.

Best cafe value in Clovelly. Green Mango is easily one of the best cafes in Clovelly. The food is sensational and priced well below what you'd expect; the staff very nice and all hotties. The smoothies are massive and delicious. Try the salmon, egg and dill on a bagel - brilliant and only $13. The coffee doesn't match TopHat down the street but it's still good.
A clean and pleasant place. Nice combo of cuisines that showcases the hosts' Filipino and Vietnamese heritage, both cuisines very well done. I find the place a little on the expensive side compared to other restaurants in the area, but the hosts are so warm and friendly and the place is spotless, so you get what you pay for I guess. Much to my surprise self-taught, as the menu is creative and food so well-presented I asked them if they'd had Le Cordon Bleu training. I love the taro and coconut ice cream which they import themselves, great menu that changes regularly.
Service is very warm and personal, reflecting the village feel of this quieter part of Sydney's east. A pity the music doesn't have the same feel. The meals are real 'plate finishers' from home-style breakfasts to more exotic cuisine. Sets the tone for a good start or finish to a weekend.
Amazing atmosphere with a very friendly stuff and service. Marika and Lili are always in a good mood and suggest great drinks/food to have. They also make great coffees. Definitely go there when you are around the area!
Great cafe! Got 2 kids milkshakes and a coffee for $10, helpful staff, and cute and cosy atmosphere. Love taking my girls here! Would recommend.
Staff are lovely and the coffee here is great!! We’ve tried a few places in the coogee area but this is definitely our favourite, we try most mornings to grab a coffee for the journey into work!
We’ve also had food here a handful of times and the BLT on the specials board is fantastic! 👌🏼
I live in the area but I had never tried Green Mango before..and its now my fave! I came here for lunch with my boyfriend and we had a steak sandwich and chilli eggs...both delicious, well presented and very generous in size! The staff were lovely too and the coffee is one of the best in the area. Ps the protein balls are so good that I could not believe they were protein balls! We will definitely be returning soon.

Been here many a time. It's always a pleasure to eat here. The food is fresh and never disappoint and the service is friendly and efficient. A must go to if on clovelly road looking for breakfast!!!
